Both myself and my husband have just spent the most amazing 2 weeks in this truly wonderful villa We have always taken a villa with view but wow this has views you can only dream of It is beautifully presented with all the amenities you could wish for, and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept on We visited some wonderful restaurants and visited some wonderful places Spiros was a wonderful host and was able to point us in the right directions for all the amenities we needed We have made some wonderful memories of Corfu Anyone visiting the villa I’m sure will certainly be impressed

A wonderful house in a fabulous setting. Perfect 2 week escape for the family in a magical place. Spiros did a great job and was always happy to help with any questions / recommendations throughout our stay. The house is very clean and well set up, and the pool is superb. You can spend days there just enjoying the peace & quiet and of course that stunning view. It’s also ideally located to visit some of the most beauty spots on the island, including various local bays (Spiros can recommend a great place to hire a boat), some great scuba diving, Kassiopi, Old Perithia, Paleokastritsa Monastery and the charming Corfu town itself. Or just sit back by the pool or in Kalami bay down the bottom of the hill and enjoy the sun, warm water and the excellent, friendly tavernas. We’ll definitely be back!

We have just returned from Villa Genna, had an amazing time, relaxing by the pool, popping down to Thomas place for dinner, cocktails at The White House and out in the car visiting parts of the island..Spiros was most welcoming and very helpful to book us taxi’s & Tavernas. Villa was clean & comfortable and cleaned every 3/4 days who did an amazing job..definitely need a car as not walkable to anything, but taxi service great. Visited Water park, Corfu Town, Palaiokastritsa, Kassiopi and Kalamaki Beach..didn’t want to leave!!

We had a wonderful week in this very comfortable villa there were 4 of us but it can accommodate 6 people. The views are stunning! We enjoyed walks directly from the villa and barbecues in the evening as well as the local restaurants -George from Dimitris will pick you up. if you don't fancy the drive. The villa had everything we needed and Spiros is an excellent host.

Thank you Spiros! Villa Genna has unbeatable views from pretty much every room (including bathrooms). It's a beautiful villa - with 3 lovely bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk in showers and spacious living areas inside and beautiful gardens and terraces outside. This villa is fantastic for families and those with smaller children ...We have twin boys (turned 4 when we were there ... thank you for the cake Spiros). - Air conditioning to keep the little ones cool at night - Gated pool for safety and shallow ends / steps for little ones - Child friendly plastic plates, cups and bowls etc - Netflix - for the wind down / escape the heat moments we all need with children - Mosquito nets on all windows - Lovely twin bedroom - A washing machine - Cleaners come twice a week and the pool is cleaned regularly - Spiros on Whatsapp if you need anything It's a great place to explore Corfu from. You definitely need a car as it's up high over looking Kalami and Agni. Lots of restaurants in the bays below (book ahead in high season). There are contact numbers in the villa and you can organise taxis if you don't want to drive. Kassiopi is also nearby with more restaurants and shops. We had three weeks and we made the most of being away and exploring the island by road and on the water. We loved our trips to Corfu Town, along the West Coast, over to Paxos and to Syvota on the Greek Mainland (by boat). So much to see and do - as well as relaxing by the pool and exploring beaches and bays. After a 2 years of no travel overseas and some tough times in 2020 and 2021 - this was just what the Dr ordered. Once you get organised with the paperwork, tests and admin - it's not too bad and definitely worth it. Corfu felt very safe - restaurants are pretty much all outside and masks are worn in shops. Villa Genna is a unique and special place. The views are simply breathtaking. Looking across to Albania, over the splarkling ocean, down to Kalami bay and to the twinkling lights of Corfu town is truly good for ones soul. The location is perfect. A short drive will take you to the beautiful bays of Kalami and Kouloura. Agni, Avlaki aVilland Ag.Stefanos are not that much further. Kassiopi is a ten minute drive with a large supermarket, many tavernas and shops. The tavernas are plentiful and offer delicious delights to eat in such relaxed surroundings. We especially loved Agni, Nikolas, Tavernaki, Cavo Barbaro and the newly opened Lasmari. What makes staying at Villa Genna so special is the sense of peace and tranquility. Spending the day on the beach was lovely but what was even nicer was winding our way back home, feeling like we were getting away from everything and enjoying afternoons by the pool soaking up the view. The villa itself is charming, a family treasure that is maintained to high standards. Beautiful walk in shower rooms were new additions in 2020 and Spiros has added homely touches of living plants and soft lighting in bedrooms. One of the highlights of staying at Villa Genna is it's owner, Spiros. Nothing was too much trouble, from booking until the very end, he was always attentive and ready to answer our many questions. We would highly recommend a visit to this villa and we very much hope to return ourselves one day. Thank you Spiros - you're the best!

We are a family of 4 with boys aged 10 and 3. We have visited beautiful Corfu a few times. It was the heated pool and the stunning view that drew me to Villa Genna. We have stayed at villas previously which didn’t have a heated pool and the water was too cold to use. I checked the weather reports religiously each morning in the days leading up to our holiday. I was convinced that we would be spending a week in the rain as it was late in the season, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. We had amazing sunshine each day with an average temperature of 23 degrees. We were told that we would be able to get into the Villa at 4pm. But I was made up to receive a text from the Villa owner, Spiros, letting me know that the Villa would be ready at 2pm. This meant that we didn’t need to kill time and could drive straight to the villa from the airport. Spiros met us there and gave us a tour. The Villa really is exceptional. It’s decorated to a tastefully high standard and has everything you could want. But the thing that really took my breath away, was the view. It doesn’t matter how many times you see it, it is incredible. By far the best view I’ve seen on the island. I could have spent hours looking at that view but there were two small humans to entertain. This is where the pool comes in. The water temperature was perfect meaning that you would get in without hesitation. I was slightly concerned as my 3 year old is still learning to swim but he was able to stand in the shallow end with the water up to his chest. We practically lived in the pool during our stay which is exactly what I was hoping for. The villa is also really well placed for a short drive to some lovely parts of the island. We ate dinner in Kassiopi a couple of times and spent the day at couple of the local beaches too. I couldn’t believe the wildlife either. I had no idea that Corfu was home to so many amazing creatures. We found lizards, Preying Mantis, a Scorpion and a fire worm. The boys lived exploring the wildlife. The villa was also equipped with Netflix. Now I know that we go on holiday to get away from it all and experience the local culture, but trust me. Having Netflix available with 2 young children was a God send. It meant that they could relax in the evenings in front of the TV which then allowed us to relax too. TV is usually pretty rubbish on foreign holidays so this was a real bonus. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves largely down to the Villa owner, Spiros. He made us feel very welcome and had a great knowledge of all things Corfu. Nothing was too much trouble and he was perfectly attentive and always on the end of the phone for any questions. If you are lucky enough to be able to book Villa Genna then do not hesitate. I can assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Our enquiry for Villa Genna was sort of "last minute" as we were unsure about Covid19 and restrictions returning to UK. From the moment we made our first enquiry it was clear that we would be well looked after. Nothing was too much for Spiros and his attention to detail and his availabilty were exceptional. The villa was even better than described - immaculate, professionally cleaned, light, bright, modern and well equipped. Child friendly with high chairs, baby bath etc and safe for a little toddler. There are many outside seating and eating areas, all of which take advantage of the stunning views, including night views with the twinkling lights of Corfu Town in the distance. The local area provides lovely beaches with a choice of tavernas and the sea at this time of the year was perfect. Thank you Spiros - we will be back

Visited Corfu And Villa Genna in Sept 2020. On arrival we were welcomed by Spiros who showed us around the villa and recommended a number of places to eat and visit. He is a great host and was available throughout via WhatsApp if we had any questions with replies quicker than anyone would expect. The villa is open plan downstairs offering plenty of room along with a well equipped kitchen. Two fridge freezers (ice blocks provided which was handy), a nice coffee pod machine (a few pods provided but a good tip is take a box with you), microwave and a good oven and hob, toaster, kettle etc so nothing missing. The lounge has two comfy sofas and satellite tv with Netflix so something for everyone. Upstairs has been modernised so all three rooms are very nicely decorated. Master has an en suit with the other double and twin sharing a nice bathroom. All three rooms share a long balcony offering the best views anywhere in the area. Morning coffee on the balcony was a daily routine. Outside is a great pool with room to sit and/or sun bath again with the fantastic view. Out front is another really nice seating area with shade and side nets to avoid being bitten at night. A BBQ adds a great finishing touch. Plenty of space to park. The villa is high up on the hill side and the drive up is quite steep at times however, you don’t get a view like you do by being on the beach. It really is fantastic (see pics). The area is very laid back with Kalami town and beach being quite basic which we loved. Everyone is friendly and helpful with prices more than reasonable (meal for six adults with drinks was c100-140 euros). Local supermarket is basic but has enough for breakfast and light lunches. If you intend eating in at night I suggest a big shop further out of Kalami or use the available chef offered by Spiros (we didn’t take up the offer so can’t comment on price or quality). Recommendations: all restaurants on the beach front (we didn’t try the White House), Boat hire (great full day out to explore all the coves and beaches). Tip: book the restaurants in advance - all the numbers are available at the villa. Overall the villa and its location is perfect. We tend not to go back to the same place for our holidays however, we would return here with family or friends. What an amazing place! I stayed here with my husband and 2 older children and we all loved it. The views are just stunning - breathtaking in fact. All the rooms were tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean and stylish. Kitchen had all we needed for our stay including a coffee machine, kettle etc. The pool was perfect for whiling away the days with sun beds, towels and a shaded sitting area. As we stayed during the beginning of reopening after lockdown we weren't sure how things would be, but the owners had followed all protocols and made sure we were comfortable and safe. Kalami itself is a fair distance away as the villa is so high up in the hills, so a car is essential. But we had hired one from the airport so didn't have a problem. Once in Kalami there are a wide range of tavernas and places to eat. There's also boat trips, water sports and so on, so no one can get bored for long. There were two car parks for when you visited the village and we never had a problem finding a space. I have to give a huge mention to Spiros for being a wonderful host from the moment we booked. Always quick to answer any questions, helpful and when we arrived he gave us lots of suggestion for where to eat and day trips. He even stepped in to help when we couldn't get a taxi by calling the taxi company for us! Exceptional service all round. The whole family thought this part of Corfu was just stunning and will be back for sure. A little gem of a place in a jewel of an island. Look forward to returning soon!
