As soon as we entered the Villa gates, we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes and our worries disappeared into the beautiful Tuscan air! Margherita (the owner) and her mother (Lucia) were truly at our disposal from arranging taxis, feeding us the most delicious food (home made) to greeting us with umbrellas, in hand, when we returned tired and a little soaked from our trips to the nearby cities, such as Florence, Sienna and Cinque Terra, to name a few! The Villa is immaculately clean, all the spacious bedrooms(except one) have equally spacious and beautiful en-suite bathrooms. An amazing place for families with children of any ages, and for family gatherings or weddings! The owners and the place are a haven of love and caring.

Villa Capannole provided the ideal setting for our Tuscan adventure. From the property itself which is immaculate and intimate to the hospitality and care provided by Margherita and Lucia, the experience was phenomenal. Gorgeous views and grounds, country roads for wonderful, scenic walks and bike rides and perfectly decorated spaces abound here. Margherita is the epitome of efficiency, replying to emails in English within 24hrs, and taking care of requests immediately. She helped prior to arrival with coordinating transportation for our day trips, to and from airports and trains and found locations for specific needs of various group members. She and her mother, Lucia, prepared traditional Tuscan meals for us that were delicious and accommodated the myriad of dietary restrictions in the group. They both go way beyond top notch service and are warm and kind beyond words. Serenity and luxury in one location. All of us from our group want to return and would highly recommend this villa not only as a place to stay but as an experience. Located between Sienna and Florence, we took day trips in both directions as well as to Val D'Orcia, Pisa, Carrara, and Cinque Terre. Stefano from TuscanTaxiTours.com was our delightful driver who was game to take us wherever we wanted to go regardless of the crazy time of day. Would highly recommend his company should you need transportation while in Tuscany. Definitely a 10 star vacation spot!

Beautiful Tuscan villa with 3-bed annexe in Tontenano just outside Bucine. Perfect for a family gathering. Large pool which can be heated - we didn't as scorchio! Owners could not do enough but were not invasive. Had lovely 'hello' dishes plus wine on arrival - this was enough for us to order a meal during the week which turned into a great dinner. WiFi, satellite TV and the separate annexe worked really well. We were also able to help ourselves to fresh eggs, tomatoes and herbs. Wine and olive oil were also available to buy - quality and price excellent!
