The villa is surrounded by a magnificent garden, exclusively at the guests' disposal, with a breathtaking view which can be enjoyed from every angle of the property. This lovely abode can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people in its 6 bedrooms that being (5 double-rooms with an extra bed to be added if necessary; 1 single room and 5 bathrooms. It also includes 2 kitchens in case of 2 separate family units. Four of the double bedrooms have air-conditioning. The property is built on 3 levels and the layout is as such: On the ground floor, there is an ample outdoor space for your al fresco dining pleasure, which can be served from the main kitchen. This level also includes a broad living room, a fireplace and a bathroom. On the first floor, we have 2 double bedrooms both with sea view terrace and bathroom with tub and shower. In these bedrooms it is possible to add a twin bed. The ground level and the first floor are connected by an internal staircase; while from the outside steps, we have access to another spacious bedroom and a bathroom leading us to the second floor. As we reach the second floor, we make our way into a very cosy living room inclusive of a fireplace, a terrace with sea view and a very comfortable second kitchen. The additional bedrooms found here both feature the terrace with a view of the sea. The additional small bedroom found here also includes a small area for viewing the marvellous outdoor view; the area includes 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and a tub. The road leading to the property is steep and narrow, we advise the use small to compact vehicles, the entry and exit is at your own risk in case of car damage.
