We had visited this bungalow from 23rd to 25th July as a group of 3 couples. There are couple of points you should know about this place 1. Pictures are deceiving...be ready for a shock...nowhere close to pictures 2. The property was not very hygenic, leaking ACs,stained curtains 3. We faced constant power outages due to wiring problems 4. The experience manager was very rude and not very helpful 5. NOT VALUE for money.PLEASE AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!!

We were a group of 6 friends for a 2 night stay here. The villa was very dirty, smelly interiors and bird droppings on bedroom curtains everywhere when we entered. AC's were not working in bedrooms and it not at all looked like what it was in the photographs. Extremely small in size for the price we paid. To top the experience of stay...on day 2 from 7.30pm the power went off and was continuously fluctuating till 11.30 pm. The caretaker and supervisor were trying to restore it back but no success. Then we recieved a call from the company, Mr. Mohinder spoke to us and told us that the problem is difficult to be mended at the earliest and they might have to shift us to another villa. We had a discussion with him about other options available as he only told us that the other villa is also having problems like leakages etc, so we're a bit doubtful to shift our base from one place to another in the middle of the night and that too in an unknown territory as it was around 20 mins away from our current place. Mr. Mohinder, assured us that shifting us out of the villa was his priority as it was already past 12 am and when we asked him about compensation he said he will work it out and let us know first thing in the morning about the same. We took some time to decide and called him back to tell him that we are ready to shift to the other villa provided he sends is a text confirmation that compensation will be given in some form. Mr. Mohinder, told us straightaway that if we are shifting to the other villa(which btw had problems of leakages and was unclean) at 1 am in the night, no form of compensation will be considered which was completely contrary to what he told us 5 mins back on the previous call. We had a very unpleasant conversation with him in which he was unapologetically rude to us and showed no mercy for what situation we were in since the past 5 hrs and continued to argue with us for a good 25-30 mins on the same. Ultimately he said if we want any compensation we need to stay in the same place with no electricity and loads of mosquitoes, and he will try and restore the electricity back in another hour. The electricity was restored back at 4 am in the morning. All of us (3 couples) were awake till 4 am. Us females we were literally asleep on the couch. There were atleast 4-5 people in the house who were working on restoring power (not all of them were wearing a mask), so the covid protocol went for a toss. They went back saying just a single Sorry in the end for formality and it was almost 4.30 am by the time we slept. Inspite of the incident caused at night, we were expected to vacate the villa by 11.30 am. It was complete inhuman behaviour shown by Mr. Mohinder and his team as there was no confirmation on text or on call about the compensation that they are ready to bear till 12 pm also. We had to keep waiting for a message from the team till almost 2 pm as there were lame reasons being told by Mr. Mohinder that the team is not available it being Sunday (and they claim to run a successful holiday business venture). It was an extremely unpleasant experience, which I wish no one should ever have on a holiday. Extremely unapologetic, inhuman, rude and unfriendly behaviour shown by Mr. Mohinder during the complete stay. He was completely unprofessional and argued with us for no reason or fault of us till the very end. There was nothing good about out stay here and we recommend none of you to go to this place ever!

@vistaroomsBEWARE!!! Choose VISTA ROOMS if 1) YOU WANT TO PUT YOUR FAMILY’s HEALTH AT RISK- checked into their property on 2 Oct. Was given written confirmation from them that property will be vacated by previous guest on 01 Oct but upon reaching here on 02 Oct at 2pm we found out that the previous occupants left only a few hours back and the house was FILTHY!!!!(see pics). In these times how can you lie about such a critical thing. Non negotiable offence. 2) ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE- We were in shock when we entered the villa and kids were disgusted and wanted to use washrooms but couldn’t(see pics for reference). Tried calling all possible Vista rooms customer service numbers but NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE! 3) PAY TO GET TORTURED- fridge not working properly, broken lamps, cockroaches on dining table, no salt or sugar in kitchen! Amazing experience and amazing service. Great staff and they are friendly too. Must visit place. Will surely come again.

It was a wonderful experience. I had booked the villa for my husband’s birthday. All the arrangements were upto expectations. The villa is beautiful and clean and properly maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this place to friends and family.
