We enjoyed our stay at New Dreams. With the recent remodel, it is new and clean with very close access to the beach. We loved seeing the ocean from the kitchen, living and dining room windows. The high-def picture on the large, main TV is terrific. It was great to use the elevator for unloading and loading. There is picnic table beside the carport, in addition to the surfboard table on the deck, for another outside eating option.
Cindy responded timely to our questions and Mike resolved an issue with the grill quickly. The house is well stocked with the basics (paper supplies, hand soap, dish detergent, etc.).
The house layout is not entirely clear from the pictures. Inside the front door is a bedroom with a bathroom across the hall from the dining room. Down a short hallway is the kitchen. There is a huge pantry behind the kitchen bar. A second bedroom is right off the main living space. To reach the other two bedrooms, there is a short hallway (past a laundry room with a sink). The bunk bed room is first, which has a door to access an outdoor back staircase. Continue through that room to a second hallway. In this hallway is a huge closet with wire shelving (shared by these two bedrooms) and the bathroom with the nice tiling and Bluetooth speaker. At the end of the hallway is the bedroom referred to as the master. This room also has a door that opens to the deck near the front door.
There is a one-bedroom apartment on the bottom level. The owners explained is rarely used by the previous owner.
We would happily stay at New Dreams again.
