I need to start with saying the owners are the greatest. They are very accommodating and super friendly. The property is wonderful. Everything you could need is provided making you feel like you are home. The renovation is very nice with the latest appliances. The living room is very spacious, and the furnishings are very comfortable. The view from the front porch is perfect for watching the sunrise and enjoying your first cup of coffee every morning. The walk to the beach is very short and the beach chairs that are provided are a nice touch. You are a short drive from several nice restaurants. The recommendations in the booklet provided by the owners are spot on. All I can say is this little place by the sea is perfect in every way. Thank you James for sharing it with us.

Everything was sparkling clean upon arrival with no discrepancies from the listing description. The appliances are all current and worked perfectly. It was a total plus to have the washer and dryer to get sandy clothes clean mid-week. Grill worked well - we used multiple times. Was a good size for our family of five + our doggo. This duplex is so close to the beach our kids could totally navigate themselves which made it nice to be able to go back and forth as needed. Beautiful views of the beach from the west side deck.

This is the closest we’ve ever been to the beach without actually being on the beach. The house was only a few steps away from the Beach boardwalk. It was easy to go back-and-forth for lunch or beverages. The porch was a delight because it was breezy the entire time with enough shade and a view to the ocean water. We were close enough to be able to hear the ocean. Would definitely stay here again. My two dogs especially enjoyed being on the porch. The pet care package was an especially nice touch.

Great property! Our family and our dog had a great stay. Easy access to the beach. The boardwalk is right across the street. There is an empty lot across the street so you get an ocean view from the front porch. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need including the sharpest knives we ever had at a rental house. The grill had a full tank of gas and worked great. Overall 5 star property!

Overall stay was good.

The property itself was in an ideal location, just a short walk to the beach. You can hear and see the ocean from the front porch where we spent a lot of time. You can’t find a better spot without being oceanfront. The inside was mostly clean, but upon sweeping up some, I did sweep up a bit of dog hair presumably leftover from previous guests. Other than that-it was spotless! The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed also. We enjoyed using a couple of the beach chairs, boogie boards and sand tools provided. The grill’s tank was empty on arrival and we did get it refilled and used it 4 different nights which was nice! Contact with the owners was quick and kind. Overall, it was a great pleasure to stay here! We all enjoyed ourselves, greatly, and did not want to leave! Thank you for our stay.

It was a great week! We loved the location and the beach. Can’t wait to book again! Definitely worth it.

My family was in desperate need of a get away. I'm an accountant and was non existent in our family for 3.5 months. This place was perfect for my little family to regroup. It was well equipped and very clean. My only complaint, which is why I gave 4 stars was the main bedroom. The dresser is front of the bed is a horrible place. I stubbed my toes numerous times. And was very hard to navigate half asleep trotting to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Then the bed itself was atrocious. We believe it may have been broken. When we laid in it we both rolled towards the middle. It did make for 3 horrible nights sleep. I hope that they take this to heart and consider replacing it. Other than the bedroom it was a great trip. Our family loved it, and we will return. If they update the bed.
