Beautiful renovations inside and out! We loved the children’s bedroom and play loft and the thoughtful details around the house. It had everything we needed! The only thing we did not love was the lack of any view: the house is directly across from the back alley of the business across the street, so windows from the dining room / kitchen area faced garbage cans and alley trash. Not what we expected!

We enjoyed our stay - the house was very clean, updated and the perfect size for our group. It’s a short distance to the beach & loved the private parking lot by the beach entrance. Thank you for having us! We hope to be back!

I was actually nervous to arrive at the house because it looked so nice in the online pictures, I was worried they were stock photos! But everything is just as nice as it looks online. The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants and just a short walk or drive to the beautiful, uncrowded beach. Everything was clean when we checked in, the kitchen was stocked with whatever you might need and all the appliances and furniture (even deck and beach chairs) seemed new. I’d definitely stay here again.

First time vacationing on Emerald Isle. We definitely plan on a future trip. This property was very nice and the owner was fantastic in responding to any questions we had. I highly suggest renting a golf cart while there. It's a fun way to explore the area and a great way to lug all your gear to the beach if you choose not to drive to a beach. The beach is super close so walking is a nice way to go, too.

This house was perfect for our family. Everything looked brand new and the beds were very comfortable. Loved being able to use the private parking area at the beach. We will definitely be back next year. Bri, the property manager was wonderful to work with and answered any questions promptly. This was a terrific vacation for our family.

Our family of five and our dog enjoyed our stay at the Ripple property. Everything is freshly updated and clean! The listing was accurate and the owners were VERY responsive to every question! We'd recommend walking to the beach (bring a wagong!) and using the public access entrance to the left to be in a less crowded area of the beach. It was like a private beach. Near the pier is much busier, so it depends on your preference. Surf & pier fishing are available with a bait & tackle store very close by. Plan to mostly cook your meals or order pizza as there are few restaurants and they get crowded. Mini golf not far away, but mostly a quiet week. Enjoy!

we really loved this VRBO. Location within a quiet, shady neighborhood a pleasant walk from the beach and a even shorter walk to donuts, restaurants and shops. The kitchen was both beautiful and functional - with plenty of good pans and utensils. Comfortable beds, beach gear and bright, happy decor. The owners were responsive and wonderful to work with. We loved Emerald Isle and the house and would love to come back!
