Loved our stay at Pappy’s Newhouse. We brought our bikes and found this house to be a quick bike ride to restaurants, ice cream shop, go karts, mini golf and seashell seeking at The Point. What a perfect last summer hurrah!

We had a wonderful time at this location. It was close to the beach -!using golf cart was perfect! We also brought our boat and had had such a good time exploring the ICW and local water ways. Neal was great and super accommodating- even bringing us new chairs and recommendations for restaurants and the marina we used. Highly recommend Pappa Newhouse!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 (including 3 teens). Appliances/fixtures were updated, layout was wonderful. I was a bit skeptical as we usually stay oceanfront further down the island but this house proved me wrong! The golfcart made getting to the beach a breeze. Being minutes away from Publix made shopping so easy. We were also less than 5 minutes away from most things that we wanted to do and never got caught in any island traffic. The neighborhood is perfect for a relaxing vacation. My teens loved walking around each night and I never worried about their safety. Neal was a wonderful host and made the entire process effortless. We will definitely be back!

Clean and comfortable. Close and convenient to the beach and activities. The property manager is the owner. Very friendly with excellent communication and cared about our stay! Would book again.

Great experience renting this cute home! Nice short walk to the beach, property is clean and host was easily accessible and responsive! We'll come here again.

The house was perfect for me and my friends taking a short fishing trip. I was able to bring my dog and was thankful to be able to bring him along. Neal was quick to respond to messages and give us a few recommendations of things to do around Emerald. Overall great experience due to renter communication, house condition, location, and other factors.
