Great location on the beach. Property was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the washer during our stay- the owner was very responsive and handled the issue quickly. Would recommend this property!

My family and dog very much enjoyed this property...the home is well decorated/ furnished and comfortable. This was one of our favorite beach houses we've rented, we would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, beach is quiet, furniture is lovely inside the home, Mandy is very responsive and was quick to resolve some issues we had on our trip. Would definitely stay again.

Great property, very well equipped and beautiful location

Another great week at EI. Wait N Sea was clean, had an impressively stocked kitchen, everything worked as expected. Great decks with plenty of furniture, easy beach access, and some extra beach toys that our kiddos enjoyed. Hosts quickly took care of the only maintenance issue that came up during our stay. I would absolutely stay there again, and hope to next year!

We really enjoyed this beautiful property and location was perfect . Host was responsive! Only complaint is the laundry room being below house and outside . Was not convenient for large family with a lot towels to wash. Being outside also has somewhat of a smell . I recommend adding washer dryer upstairs possibly in closet or other location for guest . If it wasn’t for that I would rate 5 stars and property would be perfect !

First family vacation in a few years. Good space for week long stay with 8, and dinner table large enough all. Bicycle ride to shops and food. Beach was not crowded. Beach umbrella, chairs, and kid beach toys were already there for use.

This is a wonderful beach house. The whole place has been remodeled. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked. The views of the ocean are wonderful. I highly recommend this house!

The house was very nice and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Outstanding views from both decks. We had a fantastic time at your home. The only thing lacking was TV’s in the upstairs bedrooms. We would definitely come back.

This beach house is very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. We loved the location, view, and proximity to the beach. We would definitely stay at this beautiful property again. The bottle of Sauvignon Blanc awaiting us was a very thoughtful touch. Great hosts!
