We had our family vacation here and it worked out great. Everyone had their own space and we were right on the beach. We were close to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go, though we did not leave the property much. The three different floors gave everyone separation, when needed! Amy was great to work with.

We loved this house. Excellent group/family rooms but also enough privacy when you need some alone time. Perfect location and access to beach.

We loved our week at Carolina Dawn. The three levels were perfect for our group of 7, allowing everyone to have their own spaces and bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. Amy was very responsive to any (mild) issues that popped up and resolved them quickly. We would love to visit again next year!

The property was fantastic. The only suggestion I would have would be to have chairs that were a little bit taller on the main deck, so you could see the ocean better. The deck rail is in your view. The house was fabulously equipped, everything you could want in the kitchen. We didn't need all the toys provided for the beach, but it looked like a really nice collection. We loved the decks for relaxing in the early moring, late night and watching the moon overhead in the middle of the night.

This duplex is so perfect. Literally walk off the porch and you’re on the beach. The place is extremely clean and roomy. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home. Walking distance to dollar general and gas station. So many beach toys and at least 4+ chairs for beach. Host responds very quickly. We will definitely be back!!

Had a wonderful stay. The property is in a great location, perfect size for our group. Waking up to the view of the beach and enjoying morning coffee on the deck was incredible. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

This is a great place to vacation on the beach! The house is clean (and I'm pretty fussy) and well-equipped. All 3 decks were replaced this year - looks great! The new deck furniture is made with recycled material - very sturdy and doesn't get hot in the sun. Plus, you don't have to worry about splinters! :-) The kitchen is nicely equipped . . can't imagine anything it doesn't have. When we arrived, there were starter supplies of paper products. Always nice to find after a long trip. The living room furniture is different from the picture. There is a sectional and a faux leather couch . . . darker colors than the pictured furniture, but they also make the area roomier. The beach is fantastic - very wide and you can walk for miles. It was very clean. We were told it was recently cleaned in preparation for the turtles arriving to lay eggs. The owner is very quick to answer questions and extremely easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

Easy check in. Right on beach. Not a lot of frills but it’s a very nice place. Owner was easy to work with. Would book here again.

This property is steps from the ocean and holds a large group easily. We had a great stay and we would recommend it for a nice beach getaway!
