Very comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the dog friendliness. Nicole thought of every convenience and amenity. The view is absolutely beautiful and sitting on the deck was just like sitting on the beach. We loved it and will probably stay there again.

This is our second year renting from Nicole and Mike, we love this home and can't wait to go back. They take excellent care of the house and have everything you could need. The check-in / out process is seamless with a keyless entry. Communication from Nicole as the owner is prompt and professional. Communication from Monique the property manager is also prompt and professional. If you are looking for a family vacation where you can walk off your deck and be on the beach this is the place. Thanks Nicole and Mike we can't wait to come again next year!

Great location on the beach. The beach was also great. Plenty of space. We had a wonderful time.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the property and it was better than the 1st. The homeowners think of everything you need for the trip before you even get there. The puzzles and board games were a bonus for the rainy day, it kept the kids entertained during the rain. Great location and only steps from the beach.

This was our 7th trip to Shorebreak. We've loved every trip, during all seasons. Life is easy at Shorebreak from check-in to check-out. Our teens are getting older, so we're outgrowing it for now... but it's not good-bye... just see you later.

This was our second stay at Shorebreak, and it did not disappoint. The property is beautiful and is well stocked with everything you may need for a beach vacation. Communication with Nicole was excellent as it was previously; she is quick to respond to anything and provides an excellent email ahead of the visit to help prepare/plan. Our family loved spending time on what seems like a private beach mainly to ourselves, and the water was a perfect temperature to cool off. We enjoyed using the beach games/toys available for sand castles and bocce ball throughout the week. The house is well stocked with puzzles/games for any rainy days, and we took the recommendation from Nicole to check out the Aquarium just down the road which was fun during some poor weather. Finally, we made several visits to Captain Willis for some fresh seafood that we grilled at the property while also taking one evening out for a lovely dinner at Kathryn's Bistro. We love visiting Emerald Isle, and Shorebreak (Right or Left) is a perfect place to stay. We've already booked again for next year!

Exceeded all expectations! We can't wait to go back. The property and the immeadiate area/island were exactly what we needed for a change of pace.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation. The house had everything you could possibly need or want and then some! It was very clean, which is a major plus in our book. The location was perfect! We loved having “our own private beach”! We even got to see the dolphins one morning! Would highly recommend this property to anyone and hope to revisit again ourselves!

We stayed a week celebrating our 25th anniversary directly on the beach was spectacular. I would highly recommend it.

This was a perfect vacation for my husband and me! Our only regret is we only stayed one week!
