First time to Emerald Isle and we really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect and beach is very quiet and almost have area to yourself. Great property for our family if 4. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need. Hope to return soon.

I’ve been going to Emerald Isle all my life. I love the family-friendly and quiet atmosphere. Shorebreak is a beautiful property right on the ocean. I went with my partner and best friend. The bedrooms were really nice and the beds were comfortable. The view was gorgeous. There were tons of amenities including a gas grill and chairs for the beach. I plan on staying there again next year.

We had an amazing time as always. This was my 4th stay. The upgrades made are excellent. Will be back next year.

I used to come to Emerald Isle every year growing up and was so excited to take my family here. We had the best time! The house was absolutely perfect for my family of 4! We were able to sit outside on the beautiful deck and watch the kids play in the sand and we so enjoyed the patio….I spent all my time out here. The beach was almost deserted in our area and it was the vacation we always wanted! Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed at Shorebreak Left. It is a great property located right on the beach. The house has a great layout and provides incredible views to the ocean. Everything you need for a great relaxing week is provided. If you have any questions while there, you always get a speedy response. The owner obviously takes great pride in the property, and there were several upgrades made since our last stay in 2020. Thanks for the great week. We went ahead and booked for 2023!

This is the best property. It is well kept. Everything was perfect. We were looking for rest & relaxation. Loved hearing the ocean waves, as I read a book. Emerald Isle is a great place to visit. The house has everything that people need for their stay. The owners are the best too. Very helpful & accommodating. We felt that there was someone available if we needed tham.

We really had a wonderful time together with no agenda. It was beautiful. Fantastic accommodations just steps away from the beach. Went to sleep every night with the sound of the waves. We have been back for several spring breaks. In fact, we are already set for next year!

Best beach house we've rented. Everything is NEW and shiny, no beat- up garage- sale furniture. Very comfortable mattresses, super clean home, no moldy smell or bugs. Loved the new deck furniture. Had perfect weather and saw dolphins! A+ grade. Already made another reservation to return.

We had the BEST time! The location was amazing, right on the beach with gorgeous views! The house was just as pictured and had everything you need and more!! The attention to detail the owners put in really stand out (extra outlets, night lights, dog bowl, magnets to hold the bedroom doors open, tv in each bedroom, fast internet…) which made our stay so enjoyable and us feel right at home. I would hands down recommend this rental to others. Renting both sides of the duplex would be great for larger groups too! They have everything you need to cook, games & puzzles, beach toys for the kids, boogie boards and beach chairs… this is a gem of a place and I appreciate having the opportunity to spend a week here with my family & look forward to coming back!!
