We spent a great summer family beach week here. Easy walk to a beautiful beach and the kids loved the private pool. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. One minor issue (clogged pool filter due to a storm) was resolved in hours. Everything as advertised.

Great house just steps from the ocean. Spacious, clean, well-appointed. We'll be back!

Had a great stay! Only a few blocks from the beach. Loved the pool and outdoor shower. AC wasn’t working well our third night. Owner responded immediately and had someone there to repair first thing in the morning. Ms. Pac-Man arcade machine was a favorite with the kids!

Just finished a wonderful stay with 20 family members ranging in age from 2-75. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was especially well equipped with everything we needed to cook and bake for the week. The house and furnishings are comfortable and well maintained. The pool was great. There are arcade games and a ping pong table in the basement - which the kids and dads loved. Location is fantastic. It was an easy walk to the beach for all ages and the beach was never crowded. Tony was great to work with and was very patient with our questions.we would definitely stay again. I also highly recommend renting kayaks from Swansboro Paddle. Super convenient to the house and very pleasant and helpful.

Lovely House a short walk down a backstreet to a gorgeous beach. Gated pool & porches relaxing. Large enough for 3families with children to spread out & be comfortable. Only drawback on corner off busy Emerald Isle Road, but large trees block traffic sight, & a bit noisy when sitting outside.

Beautiful and spacious home, well stocked kitchen, lovely pool with plenty of poolside furniture and great shaded area for when you need a little break from the sun but want to stay a part of the fun! Ping pong table was fun to have in the evenings. Our family had so much fun! The house is not far at all to beach access. And the beach is AMAZING! We rented a golf cart which was really good to have, but you wouldn’t have to have one. The listing and other reviews are very accurate. It was a great week!

This property was great for our large group. The bunkroom and downstairs area was perfect for the kids. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax. It was too chilly for the pool but it looked very inviting. Easy access to the beach!
