The house is very accurately depicted online. It does only sleep 12 instead of 14 from what we could tell. The kitchen is very small and could use some updating of dishes and silverware. The downstairs kitchen is more of an efficiency kitchen area. The fridge downstairs is dormitory type refrigerator. We used it to store all our drinks. The upstairs refrigerator has an ice maker and filtered water! No need to bring your own water! The house is listed for 12 people. We only had 6 with us and were comfortable. There is NO inside access between levels. You must go outside to access them. The pool area was clean and well taken care of. Overall, great house, just needs a little updating. Wifi was great. Our weather was perfect so we didn't even turn on either TV.

We loved being so close to the beach. Once we headed back from the beach to the house, we were able to enjoy family time at the pool for an hour or so before dinner. Loved the view of the ocean from the front and the bay in the back!!! All rooms met our needs and were comfortable.

House has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation! Location is perfect with beach access point directly across the street. The pool is great given the roughness of the ocean on certain days.

Location is great, easy access to pool and beach

The location of this property was ideal…short walk to the beach with a beautiful pool in the backyard! We had plenty of bedrooms for our entire family. Kitchen supplies and furniture could be updated.

The property was as expected and my family spouse, children, parents, and grandchildren) had a great time! We will definitely look into renting again next year. Clean, cozy, and convenient to the beach. What more does a family need? The pool was a definite plus.

While the size of the house and backyard were not as large as pictures resembled, the location and host were wonderful and everyone slept comfortably. Directly across the beach and delicious places to eat close by really sold this house for us. While the grass area in the backyard was smaller than expected, the pool was clean and heated! We spent most of our days in the beautiful pool and beach. Definitely recommend if desire a peaceful beach and backyard/outdoor time!! We would 100% stay here again.

This place worked well for our extended family gathering. Salter Path is a great beach and access couldn’t be better. We also really enjoyed the pool.

It was nice to have the beach access right across the road. We really liked the 2 kitchens!
