We were looking for a property in walking distance to the beach that was in a relaxed area. This is it. The house had everything we needed. The town is not over commercialized and crowded. The beach was very close and maybe 3 minute walk. Outdoor shower topped it off! Owner was in communication with us and was available to answering any questions we had. Great beach house, great trip. We will be back!

Everything about this property, the hosts & concierge (Brian) is a 10/10, in our experience! The cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at, quiet, easy/quick access to the oceanfront, food, drinks, family-style activities, excellent wi-fi & streaming service. The shower has good water pressure and a comfortable king size bed. For those who might bring a dog, be warned that there are sand spurs (painful spiky ground burrs that can catch your bare feet/dog’s paw pads) - we walked our dogs up by the paved hike/bike path (make sure to clean up after your pet!). The hosts leave a lovely welcome bottle of wine (we aren’t wine drinkers, so we left it for the next guests who might be). We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already planned our next visit! Great communication was received throughout the entire stay. Everything was cleaned upon arriving, we had plenty of towels and was able to wash clothes whenever needed. It had everything my family could need in a convenient and quiet location. We enjoyed this little cottage and will be returning in the future!

We had a really nice quiet stay. The place was perfect for us. Close to beach and weather was wonderful. The bungalow was very comfortable and cozy.

This was the most accurate description of a rental property I have ever seen. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, large parking area so no backing out into traffic and just great all around. Hope to stay again next year.

We had a wonderful time in Emerald Isle! The bungalow is perfectly situated just off the beach. There was a lot of space for the two of us and it was clean and well-appointed. The host was very helpful and communicative. We've already booked again for next summer and can't wait to return!

This was the perfect little place for our little family. Very easy walk to the beach even when toting a baby, ice chest, tent, and toys. absolutely plan on staying again and Brian was an excellent resource for activities and restaurants.
