Loved the house and the neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen was great. Having the golf cart to access the beach was definitely a bonus. Only downfall is that the mattress in the master needs to be replaced. The one in the other larger room isn't as bad but not great. The mattress was fine in the smaller room. Aside from that, the stay and the property is fantastic. We all loved the enclosed porch very much as well.

Great location, close to beach, restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was very nice and clean! Bill was very responsive if there were any issues. The golf cart was a great add on, so glad we rented it!

This is a very cozy house. The screened in porch was very nice. It was the perfect size for our group. Just a short walk to the beach. Kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. It was very clean and comfy.

House was great - so well stocked ! Even had a flashlight to walk the dogs at nite - so helpful , never thought to bring one . Great location and use of golf cart was a bonus !! Great time !

very clean home, great communication with owner, perfect set up and location. great home in a quiet neighborhood and still well within walking distance to ice cream, store and beach. well stocked kitchen utensils and nice appliances. great floor plan with the game room so the teens can get some teens time. roku tv in every room. never found myself wishing there was anything. what the listing says it has, it has… and whatever it says to bring, bring it. perfect trip 5 out of 5.

This is a great house, well-equipped and convenient to the beach. The owner is very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!
