My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here I would definitely stay here again. Other than the showers not being clean, and one of the shower doors being broke it was a wonderful place to stay. We loved that it was a quiet neighborhood with the beach right around the corner.Look forward to coming back!

Nice house with everything you would need for a quiet weekend

I was thrilled to find this property and Linda to rent for the Fall fishing season. Linda was timely in responding, flexible in working with me on dates, and generally easy to work with. The house was everything we were hoping for and more. Convenient to the Point access for fishing, nice storage on the first floor, place to store our boat under roof, kitchen and rooms clean, TVs/Wifi all worked seamlessly. I'd definitely stay there in the future and a big Thanks to Linda for allowing me to make memories that my son will remember for a lifetime.

We loved Vitamin Sea at The Point. This was our second time to Emerald Isle and we knew we wanted to stay on The Point this time. The location of this house is perfect for beach walks and easy access to the best view of a sunset. The home was comfortable and had all of the necessities for our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The house is a very short walk from the beach access and was nice and quiet as there are vacant lots on either side. Furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is ideally located at The Point - where the sea meets the sound. Short walk to an expansive beach and the house was comfortable and reasonably priced.

Great location

Linda (the owner) was very helpful and quick to reply. We loved the house and location. The home and The Point is an awesome place, secluded yet close to shopping, dining or sightseeing. Not really anything to complain about except that it's a good walk over the dune when said dune is 695 degrees! Ouch! But we loved it! Would definitely like to revisit!

Everything we needed for a winter beach getaway. Close to the beach, which we loved as well as our furry family members. And the kitchen! So well stocked. I cooked every dinner while we were here and needed. It’s quiet and comfortable and we hate to leave.
