Quick walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub right outside. Perfect for families - plenty of space.

Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. View of the ocean from the upper deck and short walk to the beach. House is nice- lots of stairs from pool deck to upper level . Definitely got lots of exercise 😊?. My only complaint is that the pool was dirty and had debris . Also the trash containers - 4 of them were all full. The interior was nice and clean and well stocked with necessities!

Our family stayed here over Labor Day weekend and wish we couldve stayed alot longer. We highly recommend this property. It has a pool an hot tub an dont worry about steps all weekend because it has an inside elevator which is great for luggage an groceries. It has great oveanviews from the rocking chair porches an is 1 road off the beach. The property is very updated an has plenty of room for the whole family. The property owner stayed in touch with us, an was very informative an helpful. We give this a 5+ of 5 stars and cant wait to stay there again. Praying for their area through Hurricane Dorian. We have been renting beach houses every summer for the past 20 years and this house was perfect for us. The owners were very responsive, the house was recently renovated and is beautiful. Linens were provided with beds made and kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of space for a large group and the pool was the icing on the cake! We are already planning our next visit. 5 stars +++

We really enjoyed our stay at your house! No major problems and we had a great time. Thank you for your quick response to the few problems we had. Your house has lots of places to sleep and the beds were very comfortable. I didn't expect the great views from the porch either - they were beautiful. The walk to the ocean was so quick and easy - one of the best accesses we have ever had for not being directly on the beach. If we come back to Emerald Isle, we will definitely look at renting your house again!

My family of 10 had a wonderful week at “Another New Day.” Jo Ann and Dan, what a beautiful home you have. The photos really do not do it justice. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The elevator was great as my son is in a wheelchair. We all enjoyed gathering up on the third floor, cooking, eating and playing cards or board games. The views from the 2nd & 3rd floors are beautiful of the ocean. We enjoyed several mornings on the front deck, in the rocking chairs, having our morning coffee. I can’t say enough about the great pool. We all enjoyed it but especially my 7 & 9 year old granddaughters. The hot tub was a hit! We had a very rainy week and only got down to the beach two days, but it is only a short walk. The house is wonderful also because there is enough room for a big family to spread out & have quiet time if they desire. Thank you so much Jo Ann & Dan for a great week at your wonderful home. House was beautiful, comfortable,immaculately clean. Just steps from the beach. We have stayed here for the last four years and always look forward to arriving! The pool and hot tub are wonderfully refreshing. The elevator is so nice for our senior family members, and the fact that we can bring our pet along is so nice. We will definitely book this home for next year's vacation!

This was the perfect house for our family beach get-away. The house is very well-maintained and Jo Ann was a communicative and accessible host. Our group included my family of four (me + husband + two young daughters), my parents, and my in-laws. There is a great deal of living and eating space for everyone to spread out. The pictures really cannot do the space justice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in most of the nights we were there given the two little ones. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk away. Everyone (but especially the kids) really enjoyed the pool. The adults spent time in the hot tub and enjoying the top deck ocean views in the evening. We have been looking for the perfect house to keep coming back to and I think this is it! Everyone in our group was really pleased with the experience and looks forward to a return trip. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home over the holiday weekend. The home was large with lots of bedrooms and a great area in the bottom level for hanging out. It was really nice having a fridge in the lower level so you didn't have to keep going up the stairs for a drink. We loved the view from the balcony and the pool and hot tub were so relaxing and entertaining for the kids. The beach was just a short walk and was beautiful and not overcrowded like in other areas of the island. The owner was very kind and accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Emerald Isle.
