We had an amazing time and would stay here again!

Easy renting process. Great house! Great pool! Big kitchen! Bathroom on first floor is very small for 4 bedrooms. The house was not super clean but I would stay there again!!!

We loved this house! It fit our family so well and the location was wonderful! Beach was empty and an easy walk!

House and amenities were as expected. Loved the large porch with tables and plenty of chairs!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Overall, the house was great. My only advice would be...one of the bedrooms downstairs did not have a way to hang clothes in the closet and/or a luggage rack to put a suitcase on, so adding one or the other would be helpful. Otherwise, a great time was had by all. Lovely views, listening to the ocean from the front porch at night, sunset from the back deck, just a very short walk to the beach, the pool was so appreciated and utilized...what a gem of a beach house!

Eleven of us (9 adults, 2 kids) rented this house for a week for my mom's memorial service. The house was very clean upon arrival and Joyce was always available to help via text and direct message. The upstairs gets tons of natural light and has a great view of the ocean! The only things that were not perfect about our stay were the ice maker and the bathroom situation. The ice maker was not working properly, as it only made about a half of a batch of ice the whole week we were there, so we had to go out everyday to buy bags of ice. As for the bathrooms, there was only one full bath downstairs for all four bedrooms - just something to keep in mind if you're considering this house for a large group. Other than those two small things, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

we came from PA for my mom's memorial service and was able to find this house that was big enough to hold my children and grandchilden. We had a wonderful time

We had a great week at the beach with family. Access to beach is an easy, short walk for the older folks. Had a plumbing issue while there, but the gentleman handling maintenance was so prompt and friendly…it didn’t keep us from having a great time. Kids really enjoyed the pool!

A good homey place that is also really great for pets. Lots of room + pool table and games were a nice touch. Pretty fenced in back yard that is separated from the pool. House wasn’t super clean but we felt very comfortable and at home there - especially with dogs. Beach access is a little walk so if staying with elders, might be an issue.

One of best stays ever. 1 issue that was resolved quickly with deck board. Excellent house.
