We had a wonderful stay. The family enjoyed the house so much. The beach was a short walk. The neighbors the very nice and helpful. Marsha was very helpful and wonderful to work with.

Our family re-union/get together for a week was hugely successful and memorable made possible by being able to stay in a cozy relaxing vacation house. The artisty and decorations are amazing. It has all the perks and amenities as advertised, roomy with lots of parking spaces and very accessible both to the beach and business establishments nearby. Everything was clean including all the linens, towels, bedsheets and comforters. All you have to bring are the groceries you need for your stay. There were 7 of us and all were easily made comfortable and at home as it has 4 bedrooms, 2 large full baths with a nice living area and large kitchen area with a large counter. There is a nice screen porch and an adjoining open deck area with bench to enjoy grilling. Quite neighborhood and garbage disposal was no problem, picked twice during our stay. Definitely will recommend to any friends or relatives wanting to visit Emerald Isle. Owner was very informative and helpful as she provided quite list of what to do and where to go in the beautiful Isle. If you don't want to go to the beach or roam around town, the house is so homey and cozy that you would enjoy relaxing and "killing time" as it has ample entertainment services, i.e. TV, local channels, cable, WIFI and so on. A large screen TV in living room with cozy furniture and a pull out bed. TV in the master bedroom and in the upstairs rooms, each have its separate cooling/heating system make all rooms comfortable at ideal temps. Rooms are all decorated. Definitely will consider renting and staying there when we come back to Emerald Isle. Thanks to the rental owner.

We had a great stay at this property in Emerald Isle. The 2 weeks we stayed just flew by! The house was just a short walk to the beach and close to some great restaurants. Plenty of room for all 6 of us! Marsha, the owner, is a great communicator and if you have any problems at all she is quick to fix it.

We all loved this beautiful home..it was spotless but comfy, and plenty of room for everyone to have quiet time alone, as well as a space to cook, eat together, and play games around the kitchen table together. Marsha was super helpful in helping us reserve rental bikes so the kids could ride on the bike path, and lent us a wagon to use for our short walk to the beach. We found her binders with maps, local restaurant recommendations, and ideas of things to do made for a perfectly hassle-free vacation. We hope to return next year!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was conveniently located on the island and is only a few minutes walk from the beach. We appreciated all the baby equipment and the beach wagon provided. It was quite helpful not to have to carry all those items from home. Our granddaughter loved the swing on the porch, and we all enjoyed sitting on both the screened porch and the open porch area. The kitchen was well stocked, and the home in general seemed to have everything we needed.

We had to come to NC for my sons graduation ceremony and wanted to have the family together as well as be close to the beach and this home met all our needs. Marsha was amazing with her communication and making sure we were happy. We would definitely stay here again.
