Great location with so much in walking distance. The beach is just a few houses walk down a quiet street. Great bike and hike trail on the island to make getting around easy. Also, Emma was in constant communication checking that we had everything we needed. Wonderful vacation.

The pictures on the website do not do justice to this wonderful island house. The yard is immaculate with no sandbur weeds for the pets to dodge. There are outside areas to relax and even watch TV. On the shaded side of the house, there is a gated area for the dogs to run freely. The front porch is gated so that you can sit under the fans in rocking chairs and enjoy the outdoors with your pets. The kitchen has about everything you will need to cook all your meals, and there is ample seating for the entire family. The owner provides coverups for the furniture. She has ample towels and linens, and the mattresses are wonderful. She allows you access to her bicycles and beach chairs and other items for outdoor play. The house is about a five minute walk to the beach. There is a CVS that is about a ten minute walk. There is a Publix and Food Lion as well as a lot of other shops and restaurants within 5 driving minutes. It is very quiet in the house as it sits off the road at the rear of the lot. The owner was accessible by phone/text. She allowed access to her propane grill and propane fire pits. She has one bedroom with toys for children and large bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own TV. There is an outside shower with hot/cold water, and a place near the front deck where you can rinse your feet before coming into the house. Even though a golf cart is not necessary to get around, we did rent one, and the owner allowed us to plug it into the house. You could not ask for a better host or island house. We have already booked for next year as we just loved the house.

Second time here as a family. Love everything about this property - fully stocked with everything you need, plenty of beach chairs, cart, bikes, boards etc, great outdoor spaces. Love the “old beach town” feeling of the street. Super quick walk to the end of the street to get to the beach - we walked/biked back and forth. Emma, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. She is friendly and helpful, so if you have any questions/concerns, just ask. EIB is our family’s favorite spot and we will return again - soon!

Beach Bound provides a wonderful relaxing home away from home. This home provides everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The beds are comfortable, the living room is spacious and cozy, the kitchen is stocked with about everything you could need (pots, pans etc.). The outdoor spaces are also inviting with ceiling fans, outdoor TV, two firepits and two hammocks. Your furry dog friend is welcome and is also supplied with towels, treats and an enclosed run. If you lucky enough to stay here you will not regret it!

Location is very convenient to beach and local attractions. There is a short walk to beach through a nice neighborhood (less than a block). There are a couple of restaurants and a CVS within walking distance. Other restaurants, groceries and shops are a very short drive away. The house is great for a couple or a small family. Nice to have the second bathroom in the back of the house. The front porch is great in the evenings or mornings. Neighborhood was quiet and the house had everything we needed. This was our first trip to Emerald Isle and we really enjoyed our stay at Beach Bound. We had everything we needed and some at this welcoming property besides the food we cooked. It’s people and dog approved! On the last night, we had s’mores around the fire pit on the back deck. Perfect!

Wonderful property equipped with everything you could want and more. The outdoor seating options were endless, and the beach was a short walk away. We greatly enjoyed our vacation time at this beautiful property.

Good size house, didn’t miss climbing stairs. Great outdoor space with lots of outdoor games. We look forward to another visit soon

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break week at this cottage. It was extremely clean and very well maintained and appointed. The outdoor areas are such a great addition and our labs enjoyed the fenced side yard. So convenient to the beach and shops. The owner checked in on us a few times which was very thoughtful, We are definitely keeping on our list of favs!

We had the best time in Emerald Isle at this amazing beach house. The house was nothing less than perfect. In the perfect location, right next to the beach and within walking distance to everything. The house was immaculate and so family oriented. There was so many things for all of us to enjoy. We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio listening to the ocean waves crash at night. The kids enjoyed the swings and the hammocks were definitely used every chance we got! Emma made sure to contact us to see if we needed anything while we were there. She was extremely helpful with every little thing we needed and so ready to make sure our vacation was the best it could be! We will be back in the future!
