This house was perfect! The open kitchen/family room with 2 large rooms attached was an ideal set up. It was great coming home from the beach and relaxing in the pool. Palm Beach was literally a 4 minute drive from the house or a 12 minute walk. Daniel, who checked us in and out was also great! I highly suggest renting! Thank you.

The house is beautiful! From the moment we walked in we fell in love with the property. It’s in a perfect location in Aruba and very clean. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay as well as the things you need to enjoy beach outing. Our favorite part was having our homemade breakfast on the patio, over looking the pool and the beautiful view. It was perfect for a family of four. We loved Aruba!

Everything about this property was wonderful! The communication prior to our departure was clear and informative. Daniel, the property manager, continued to communicate well with us through WhatsApp (download before leaving your home country!) while we were in Aruba. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was the perfect size for us (2 people); we used a floating chair we brought ourselves which was nice to have. The pool water was always a good temperature! The kitchen was well accommodated with dishware and cookware. Only coffee and sugar are provided in the kitchen as far as food and drink. For groceries, we recommend the Super Do It & Groceries store down the street (NG’s is closer but 2x the price). Noord Pastry is a 15 minute walk with delicious coffee and baked goods. If we return to Aruba with a group of 6 or fewer, then we would definitely stay here again!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Casa Mia! The property and neighborhood was clean, super safe and close to all the hot spots. The property managers and property owner were responsive to all our needs. I definitely recommend this house for a family of four.

This was our third time staying at one of Jose & Ritx properties and this one did not disappoint. They are great hosts and everything you need is taken care of. The home has a great location in Noord. The best views from the patio of all the places we have rented there. Close to restaurants and beaches. You will need a car but driving on Aruba is a breeze. The patio, pool area and grill got plenty of use after long days at Arashi beach for swimming and snokeling. I hope you enjoy your stay at Salina Cerca as much as we did.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described and the check in process was seamless and easy. We had all we needed and the home had some very nice touches like beach towels, snorkel gear, beach loungers and a great outdoor patio for dining and lounging! We highly recommend this property and it’s location. You’re right next to lots of dining options, beautiful beaches, and close to activities such as diving and snorkeling.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime vacation as we celebrated my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary. The photos don't do the house justice. It's even more beautiful in reality and very spacious. Daniel, the property contact, was kind, patient, very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The house is accessible for people with mobility issues, as everything is on one level. The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to all the major hotels and restaurants. We hope that we will return to Aruba and Casa Salina Cerca, soon!

Nice little home, beautifully kept, clean and a fun little atmosphere.

This home is located in the more relaxing Northern part of Aruba. Easy to get around and amazing views. In a small and safe neighborhood and very clean. Our family of six had plenty of space and the pool was a great spot to cool off!
