Had a great stay at this house. Had a couple of minor issues when we first arrived - the property management team arrived in minutes (on a Sunday afternoon) and got everything squared away promptly. They were great to work with. We had a great stay and would stay there again. Wish list: a keyless front door, more hand towels for the kitchen, and an ice machine (the fridge is nice, but super slow in making ice).

Perfect stay!

House was not clean enough and furniture shows wear and tear and needs to be upgraded for the price of this villa. The floors needed to be washed. If we walked around the hose without shoes then our feet would be black. Upon check-in we were told someone would come by during the week to put out the garbage pails for pickup but that never happened and we had to contact the property manager who then came and carted away only one pail. The garage pails were full from the previous renters which left us no room to throw out our trash..We pointed out the number of bees nesting in the rocks on n the edge of the whirlpool but an exterminator never came as promised. This problem kept us from using the whole pool as the bees were swarming all around.. in fact the bee situation got worse as time went on and prevented us from using the pool at all.. We usually stay in upscale hotels when we visit Aruba but due to my husband’s handicap we chose to stay in a villa this time and expected this place to meet all the same standards especially for the price.

Couldn’t have found a better property. We had 8 people and the house was the perfect size. Management was super communicative and everything we needed was right there. We will absolutely be back!

My family stayed at this property in Dec 2021. We have traveled across the world and have stayed in resorts and private properties during our stays. First things first, the Pros/Good points of this property: the house is as pictured. Nothing was exaggerated with filters or wide lens edits, what you see is what you get. In fact the views of the ocean are actually better than the pictures posted. The house is in a gated community with a guard at the entrance 24/7, the pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor space are in great working and entertaining condition. The whole experience is contact-less, the access code is made available to the home prior to your arrival. The bedding and towels were clean and the tvs worked in every room. Also the rooms have individual A/C split units to adjust to your own comfort. There is plenty of space in the home to spread out as we were a group of 6 adults and a toddler. Communication with the property manager was easy, but would have been better if they used What’s App, so we didn’t have to burn through data waiting on a reply through email or a phone call. Now for the things that could have been better: The villa has a wall microwave and oven, upon our arrival the microwave didn’t work (we reached out to the property manager and when they couldn’t fix it they brought a table microwave right away). The WiFi was a little glitchy at first, again once we notified the property manager they brought a new one right away. The primary room on the 2nd level had the worst smell coming from the drains. When the maintenance was already there for the issues mentioned above, they took a look and said the drain was just dirty. It went away for half a day and was back to being smelly for the duration of our trip. If there were a screen in the bathroom window we could have left it open to air out and help with the smell, but the potential of letting a lizard in the house was a far bigger fear then the smell. We tried faboloso, disinfectant spray, nothing worked. Also the sliding glass door was very off balance. Lastly, the washing machine was not working at all. My family and I would definitely stay again, especially if they can figure out the smell in the bathroom pipes. There are not many serving dishes. If you plan to leave the property definitely rent some sort of vehicle. The grocery store is not far at all and has everything you will need. The house needs a dustpan, tea kettle, mop bucket.

The pool and hot tub exceeded expectations...the view of the desert, water, hotel area and skies were amazing! House was clean, beds firm yet comfy. Negative was only warm water in the showers, I called to request someone to look at the issue, it didn't get fixed. Kitchen had enough dishes and glassware but shy on utensils, not even steak knives. I would stay again!

Everyone was so nice and helpful and punctual to our needs. House had everything you can possibly need. Smart Tv in most of the rooms and amazing amenities throughout the house. My favorite part was the backyard!! There you would find the pool and the grill and etc. The view was breathtaking especially at night . The pool lights at night just set a mood in itself
