The property is exactly as shown. Clean and spacious in an excellent location, especially if you are familiar with the island. Be aware there is some construction in the neighborhood, but it is all over the island. Even the contractors that were working were considerate of our presence. Rubin is A+ at dealing with any issues you may have. While we had a couple very minor issues, Rubin was all over getting them addressed. Literally within a couple hours. I would not hesitate to stay again in Boca on our next trip. You are on the quieter, less active end of the island yet only a 5-10 min drive to the hustle and bustle of the high-rise district. As well as about 150 feet from one of the better snorkeling beaches on the island. Access with the new "highway" is much more convenient allowing you to bypass the congestion of downtown Orangestad. Rooftop views in the evening are excellent. We had a blast, Thank you Rubin.

I'm new to VRBO. Ruben was prompt in providing answers to my questions. The location is 1 block off Boca Catalina Beach with an easy walk. Sunsets were viewed from the rooftop. The condo was perfect for us. Entry-level bedroom for us older couple and 3 bedrooms upstairs for the younger crowd. We'd go to the beach (be there by 0900 to get a shaded spot) with the supplied beach chairs (6) for the day, then come back to the condo and hangout around the pool while cooking dinner. Ruben is a GREAT host, answering my questions (I can be obtuse sometimes), and checking on us during the week. We'll be staying here our next time here.

We have been coming to Aruba for many years now and we just love it here! This was our first time here at Boca Catalina and with my daughter and her husband. The house exceeded our expectations! Everything from the reservations to the arrival/ departure was seamless. The location to the beaches was a plus. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the great service.

This was a PERFECT place to stay on Aruba. The townhouse was exactly as described, was beautiful, large and roomy, well appointed and in such an awesome location. There are beach chairs and floaties and even a cooler available on property and plenty of towels. It does have a washer and dryer which were super convenient. You just need to get your own laundry detergent. There is also a great view of the ocean and sunset on the roof! The dunk pool is excellent as well with an outside rinse shower. Ruben was very attentive, answered very quickly, and made things smooth and easy. There is amazing snorkeling directly down and across the street. Arashi beach was just a few minutes up street. You can rent umbrellas and beach loungers and you can get food and drinks there. Great beach! It is also only about five minutes to Palm Beach area where there are great restaurants and nightlife. There are only a few things I will mention just so guests coming in are aware. First, in townhouse #1 specifically, there are NO outlets in any of the bathrooms. There are also no bathroom amenities such as body soap or shampoo etc so you will need to get your own. And right now there is construction going on around this place. They started typically about 7:30am and wasn’t super noticeable but you will hear them. Looks like this will be going on for quite awhile. Again, this does not affect my review just thought it should be mentioned. Overall, if I was coming back to Aruba I would stay here again without hesitation!!!! Thank you Ruben

The house is beautiful, bright, modern and spotless. There is lots of room to spread out. The location is perfect - a two minute walk to a quiet, lovely beach and access to other beaches a few minutes more. Ruben could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He responded to all of my questions within moments and made recommendations for a chef to come in who made us one of the best meals of the week! We had our own small pool out back which was great. Would return in a heartbeat!
