By far, the best experience I have had in the caribbean. The villa was amazing, the assistance we received from our host was top notch and the cleanliness of the property and care of the staff that helped us once we got there far exceeded our expectations. We hope to come back to Aruba again someday and will most certainly be staying here again.

Kane was excellent to work with. We were coordinating four families with various needs and he was very accommodating.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The bedrooms are all very large, we had more than enough space for all of our belongings. Beds could use new pillows though, they were extremely flat even when using the extras in the wardrobes. My children were each able to have their own bedroom and bathroom which they loved! The living space is quite spacious. The pool was enjoyed many times and although fairly small, it was more than sufficient. We loved the covered patio for anyone who didn’t want to sit in the sun. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Certain kitchen items appeared to be fairly worn and well loved but we used them just fine. Air conditioning unit above the dining table didn’t appear to be working but all other units worked perfectly. The location of this house was perfect, we were less than 5 minutes from restaurants and the beach. I would recommend this property!

The property was nice, just as listed. Well laid out and spacious. Close to all amenities. Best to have a car but you could walk. Beach just a mile and a half away that offers lounge chairs, umbrellas, food and drinks. Jenny the house manager is extremely helpful and available.

We had a great time at the Mexican villa. The villa exceeded expectations. Thank you Kane and Jenni for making our vacation great. I would recommend this property and I would stay again.

Clearly a 5 Star property! I would definitely rent this property again! Celebrated my birthday with two other couples and were very pleased with the property and management. Jenny was very helpful and Kane was a very easy to work with. The property is as advertised and more. The location was excellent and convenient to everything, but away from the normal tourist crowd. Safe community with an alarm system. The beach chairs in the garage were a good surprised and used daily.

The house was clean and spacious and communications with the owner and caretaker were great!

Anyone vacationing in Aruba - Ruby 40 is the place to stay! We had 4 couples so we all had our own king suite bedroom with own bath! Everything possible in the kitchen you can think of to cook with, but going to the grocery store on a Saturday evening was a nightmare and be prepared grocery items are very expensive. The pool area was awesome and everyone enjoyed having coffee watching the sunrise! We were a couple of miles out from all the hustle and bustle but it was so nice to drive away from it all to our piece of paradise! We did order pizza an evening and had no problems getting it delivered. Jenny was there waiting for us to explain everything and Kane even had some cold refreshments for all of us after our long day of travel. Ruby 40 is an exceptional place to stay and if we ever go back - we definitely will stay there again! Shannon Michigan

Absolutely loved this property. There were 3 of us, and each woman had her own king sized bed and nicely appointed bathroom (The two-sink master comes with a huge lighted magnifying mirror). TONS of extra towels, sheets, and beach towels. The kitchen had everything you could need, including a Keurig, spices, tupperware, and an ice maker. I recommend checking ALL the cabinets and refrigerator before you head to the grocery store. There are a lot of supplies left from prior guests. The back yard is completely private if you want that all over tan! Also, there are gold finches that live in the light fixture above the patio. It is a few miles to the bars and restaurants if you choose to drive and taxis are $14 each way. One thing I hate about VRBO is cleaning. I'm on vacation and I don't want to clean. Problem solved! This home comes with Jenny the housekeeper . She is a lovely personality who will clean every day or every other day or whatever you like! If you have never been to ARUBA, liquor is expensive and its hard to buy a good bottle of wine. You are allowed to bring in two bottles of wine per person or 1 bottle of liquor. If you don't want to carry liquor, defiantly stock up at the duty free shop in the baggage claim area. Prices are in line with the US. Otherwise you will pay 2 to 3 times for the same bottle at the liquor store. Home comes with a HUGE safe and an alarm system. Air conditioners in each room and they cool quickly. If you want to hang out at the high-rise portion of palm beach, we parked at Moomba beach bar and restaurant. Good food and drinks. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at Moombas. Unlike Mexico, you will rarely be disturbed by someone trying to sell you something on the beach. Also many tourist activities such as prirate ship rides, catamaran rides and other tourist activities are right there. FYI, the entertainment district with the shops, bars, and restaurants is delightful and safe. Never once did we feel uncomfortable even as we partied all night at Gustos, South Beach and then at the after hours club The Mill. Once people discover Aruba, they always come back!! It truly is One Happy Island.
