The first floor apartment looks out over Pria Antonia Sousa beach. The apartment has an exceptionally large balcony area and private area outside for sun bathing, eating & relaxing. Internally the flat is significantly larger than a lot of others. There are 2 rooms of good size, one with a double bed and en suite, one with 2 single beds. There is a generous kitchen area and open plan lounge area which leads out onto the balcony. The flat is air conditioned with three A/C units. The flat is equipped with its own wifi and internet, which can be topped up locally, there are also smoke alarms (rare in buildings in Cape Verde) and there is a hair drier. We have also fitted a number of UK standard double plug sockets which makes life easy for UK visitors. There is also now a newly finished beach bar and pool close to the flat called Fashion/ Buhdda Beach. It is also on trip advisor it looks great. A short walk (150m) across the beach to the beautiful sea & surf for a swim or snorkel or to sit & watch the sun go down with a glass of wine on the balcony. It is a truly lovely location.Meer
