We stayed for many years at the same condo, unfortunately it was sold and we had to find another rental.Our daughter stayed at Summer Sands last year, so we decided to rent near them. The condo has everything you need, especially the kitchen. The view can’t be beat. Also pretty quiet for such a large condo building.

Our stay was absolutely amazing at Chris's property. The check in process was flawless. The condo was clean, updated, and organized. All instructions and rules were clearly communicated. The location.... AMAZING! I spent every morning on the balcony and my family and I spent every day at the beach. The pool was also great to have on site. We loved our stay and can't wait to return next summer!

Check in was very easy, the apartment was very clean, and the view is gorgeous!

We had a wonderful time. The view was spectacular. The condo was so cozy and had all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a very cute place

I stayed here last March and booked my vacation for this June at that time. I can’t say enough about the location, fourth floor ocean view and a corner property...can't ask for much more than that. The place is absolutely spotless and Chris has thought of everything. A wonderful experience and a relaxing stay. Thank you so much for sharing your space with me.

You should stay at ocean sunrise. It was wonderful and worth it.

Chris place is absolutely perfect! We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves very much. Oh and the bed is super comfortable, I slept like a baby every night. Thanks so much for having us
