Great property, excellent location. Very nice property manager, no complaints!

My family had a wonderful time during our vacation. The unit is just a short walk to the beach and the start of the boardwalk. The unit with its 4 bedrooms was a perfect size for our family. We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the unit on checkin. The condo was really lacking in a deep cleaning.

We had a wonderful time in Wildwood staying at this property. Amy communicated with us when the condo was available earlier than expected, which was so convenient. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay - including games, restaurant menus, etc. Amy even sent recommendations for restaurants and activities ahead of time. And, best of all, when my daughter accidentally left some clothes in a drawer after we had checked out, she arranged to have the items mailed to us. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our vacation, the condo, and our experience!

We have stayed at The Monarch properties a few times. We have never been disappointed. This condo unit was perfect for us. It was a little bigger than others we have stayed in. It is very clean, fully equipped and comfortable. The owner are very easy to work with. This will be our new desired place to stay. Thank you Amy

The unit surpassed my expectations. The host (Amy) was super helpful and super responsive. I would definitely stay here again should we decide to return to Wildwood.

We had a great vacation in Wildwood. The Monarch was a perfect fit for our size family and the location is ideal. A couple things to improve on... 1) The master bedroom mattress was horrible. I think its a king mattress on a california king box spring so the mattress hangs over both sides. And one side of the mattress is slanted down. 2) We were told check-in was strictly 3pm. I got a text at 12:30 saying the room was ready. I would've planned to arrive earlier and maximize the day, had I known an earlier check-in was a possibility. 3) The building manager at the pool was very rude. I understand forms/rules are necessary at the pool due to Covid, but she doesn't need to be rude about it. Would definitely stay here again! Nice place, clean and good location. And very responsive owners!

The place is clean, roomy and very convienent to all the wildwood amenities. Kitchen is loaded with all you need and the grills are in good shape. The parking spaces are key cause the streets fill up quick. Would definitely stay again.

My family of 8 had a wonderful time at this gorgeous, spacious, and impeccably clean condo. The property owner was very accessible to us and we communicated throughout the stay. Accessing the unit was a breeze, and we loved the convenience of the storage locker for all of our beach gear. The pool and hot tub were great, as were the grill stations near the pool area. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need to prepare several meals and coffee. The location of the condo was perfect and we were close to the beach, boardwalk, bike rentals, many restaurants and such. We would highly recommend the Monarch, and most especially the beautiful Adickes property. Thank you, Amy and Christopher. We can't wait to return next year!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. There was plenty of room for everybody, the furnishings were very nice and very clean, and the location was perfect for a short walk to the beach and to the boardwalk. We highly recommend this rental!
