The rental process was very easy and the owners were very responsive to questions that we had.

This is our second year staying at this property. It’s a great location - faces the beach, in a nice section of Wildwood Crest and close enough to Cape May that we were able to take full advantage of the many wonderful restaurants and shopping there. Our only concern this year was that the Property Management Office was closed the entire week and when someone else parked in our assigned slot there was no one on site to help us resolve that issue. But, we worked it out. The unit itself was clean, well maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely return next year!

We had such an amazing time! Property is beautifully decorated and cozy - has all the comforts of home! The view was incredible - step out the front door and there is the beautiful beach and ocean. We spent so much time sitting out front and enjoying the warm salty air! Hosts were easy to contact and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the detail we needed! Will definitely be back!

Place was amazing! Having central air was definitely a bonus over other condos we’ve stayed at in Summer Sands. Kitchen had tons of storage space for snacks which was another added bonus! Absolutely no complaints.

Loved this beachfront condo. This specific condo was in an excellent location and very quiet. Great for my family of three. The condo had everything we needed and was cute, comfortable and updated with lots of lighting. Even the beds were nice and cozy which is rare as they are normally too firm. My favorite part was drinking my tea early in the mornings at the table infront of the condo facing the ocean and watching the sunrise. The location could not be better as it was simply a few steps to the beach. It was great having an elevator and luggage rack to lug our belongings up and down. I was happy to be away from the boardwalk area to enjoy the quiet and beach time, but when we did go to the boardwalk it was only a few miles away and it was wonderful having an assigned parking spot at the condo to come back to. We also enjoyed the heated pool. We never stayed in Wildwood before but we absolutely loved the beach. You can swim out far and still be only to your knees as most of it it shallow. Our daughter called the ocean the baby pool and she really enjoyed it. The owners were very responsive and we didn’t have any issues. The management office was very friendly too and I saw them always cleaning the tables. My family and I look forward to staying at this condo again in the future.

You cannot beat the location and view of this place. Very clean, and spacious! This is our second time staying here and already looking forward to coming back again!!!

We had a wonderful week in the lovely condo rented by Brian and Trish. Right from arrival, we felt very welcomed with a sweet note and chocolates left by the owners. we immediately noticed the incredible proximity to the beach. The view absolutely could not be beat. My favorite part of the whole week was just sitting in those blue chairs outside the condo and watching the waves! Having a dedicated parking space was an understated value. In years past we would debate every trip away from the place we were staying because we hated to give up a parking spot. It felt like a luxury to have that spot always available to us. The management was impressively visible, always walking around, cleaning, making sure everyone is following the rules and being safe. They were so very friendly! We met other families that were renting I enjoyed spending time and even sharing dinner with people we didn’t know before the trip! We also met people who own at the summer Sands and realized what a nice community it is. This particular unit requires you to bring your own linens and towels. I absolutely love that! It was nice to snuggle into a super comfortable mattress knowing I was covered with my own sheets from home. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was enough space for our family of four. We would love to return to this property and this condo in particular. I often have a hard time staying somewhere new for fear that it will not be as depicted. This unit exceeded expectations! We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location is excellent and we only had to step outside of our door to view the beach and ocean, and access them with only a short walk. The condo was neat, clean and attractive, and the instructions we received about our stay were detailed and easy to follow. We even received a large welcome bag of great chocolates and a gracious note on arrival. We would definitely love to return next year to the same property.
