The unit was clean and you could tell it was well maintained and well stocked with items that you might need at the beach. Couldn't ask for better parking, you were just steps away from a beach access path. The unit is perfect for two people. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Summer Sands! The view from our condo was perfect. The parking spot gave us easy access on and off the beach. The kids loved the pools!

Our stay at the condo was very nice. It was clean and neat, very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Trying to locate the parking space took some time since it wasn't well marked, but I understand that is being taken care of.

Right on the beach! Loads of laughter! Beach and beach access was very clean. The condo was so well equipped!

Stayed the weekend of 9/17. Condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Right next to beach entrance. Beds were comfortable. Beach chairs and boogie boards were there for our use. Everything was in great working order. The only thing we would have like to see changed, which had nothing to do with the condo itself, was that the pools closed at 5:00pm in the condo complex. The beach is right there, but the surf was too rough for my younger kids. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool in the evening after dinner. I would highly recommend this condo. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and setup. Property management company was helpful and easy with our late check-in. On-site condo office was the opposite and not giving owners the service they are paying for in association fees; no one was in the on-site office during the posted hours to provide the parking tag, and they didn’t return our calls or texts to the cell phone number they posted. So we never got a parking tag (we just put a note on our windowshield and hoped that would be okay for our short stay). Other than that, fab location, nice view, good wifi and AC, and way cosier and nicer than the austere motel options.

Loved, loved, loved this unit! Soundproofing was amazing. We didn't hear any neighbors. The beach was just steps away. Parking spot was right by the elevator and steps so packing and unpacking was a breeze. Pool was a few steps away from unit. Literally, everything was at our doorstep and fingertips. Best vacation ever!!! Thank you!!! Ps. You can't hang towels from railings but you are permitted to keep a drying rack by your door. It's worth bringing one. Sandy shoes bucket was well used and much appreciated.
