The condo was so nicely decorated and the ocean view was priceless. The amenities were exactly what you needed for a beach vacation. Matt was so easily to contact and the check in and out process was seamless. The tiki bar and live music only steps from our room was a bonus.

Matthew was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions and provided all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The condo is beautiful with a fabulous view of the ocean. Very clean, nicely decorated, all updated. The private beach is gorgeous with a large expanse of shallow water that is perfect for kids. We saw dolphins almost every day. The Diamond Beach Club is at the entrance to the beach and is so convenient with food, ice cream, drinks, and the best pizza. They have music every might. We were near the Boardwalk and Cape May. There were many amenities within walking distance. We enjoyed every day we were there and are looking forward to coming back.

My family and I had another wonderful week at this beautiful beach house - very well maintained, easy beach access, fun location, and we love having the pool option as well.

This is our third time staying at this property and everything was fantastic.

Great location, great place. Sad that they were dismantling the Club while we were there. Businesses were struggling for lack of workers. Sal's pizza on New Jersey Ave is fabulous. South Jersey has the best beaches!!! I think I left my hair dryer in the master bath in a drawer!!! Visitors at complex were very pleasant. Liked the door lock.

We were family of six adults and two children. The accommodations were more than adequate for all of us to enjoy comfortably and the location couldn’t have been any better.

Staying here was wonderful! The place was very clean on our arrival, and pictured just as the listing was. Beautiful view of the ocean as well! The property manager was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great vacation!

We had an amazing family vacation in this home. The location was perfect. It was clean and so well stocked! The complex was accessible to the pool, beach, restaurants, etc. We made so many great memories and can’t wait to rent this home again next year.
