This is the 4th time my family came to this lovely beach house. It is well equipped and comfortable. The location is great, the pool is perfect, and the beach is close by. There is also a bird sanctuary next door. This is a nice quiet family beach getaway!

June 2022 was our fourth stay at this lovely condo. It is in the best location in Diamond Beach: walk out the door to the pool, walk past the pool to the Beach Club Bar, walk by the bar to the beach. Perfect! There is a nature sanctuary behind the condo so it is peaceful, it is also an end unit so less noise from neighbors (who are quiet anyway). You can also walk to mini golf, ice cream, Beach Bums store, a little market, and a great restaurant that does take out pizza, hoagies, cheese steaks, pasta or you can eat in. The only place we drive to is the Wildwood Boardwalk. The condo is cozy, we love the 3 bedrooms and the convenience of a washer/dryer and parking space. 2 balconies, 3 TVs, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a dining table for 6 plus a breakfast bar--enough room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need. Our children are young teens and they love it here, it is safe enough that they can venture out on their own. We will definetely book again and again!

Our stay was fine with no issues. Everything went smoothly. However, Flip Key/Trip Advisor never refunded my $250.00 deposit. I almost forgot about it but it should be returned. How can I get it back?

This Diamond Beach Villa is our favorite family get-away place. The Villa is fully equiped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The location next to the bird sanctuary is quiet and relaxing. It's only a short walk to the beach which makes it perfect. This is our 4th time here and we look forward to coming again.

My family enjoyed staying at this lovely beach house. This is the 3rd time that we came here and enjoyed staying each time. It’s got a lovely baloney that you can bird watch, read a book or just relax. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are perfect and comfortable. There is a pool on the property is a nice size and very refreshing. I will definitely stay again.

This place is amazing. This is our second year coming back with our son who is now two years old. It's in a great location just steps away from the beach and a pool out the front door. The two mile landing and the Crab house are less than a minute away and they have great food. We look forward to coming back!

Great location between Wildwood and Cape May with an ocean view. Diamond Beach is an easy few steps away but the condo is quiet because it is directly adjacent to the Cape May wildlife preserve.

This was such a great place to stay. It is at a great location between Cape May and Wildwood so you aren't far from either experience. The Condo is only a block away from the beach and there is an outdoor bar and entertainment venue. The nature reserve next to the property makes the area peaceful and was nice to hike. Sitting on one of the two decks at night and in the morning were a treat. If you don't feel like getting sand in your toes then you can always enjoy the site's pool and lounge in the sun. Lots of room inside the condo as well for families or large gatherings.

Been staying at Mary’s place many years now and it never ever disappoints. She is a pleasure to deal with and always gets right back to you. Steps away from beach so convenient. I will never go anywhere else her place is the best!!! Can’t wait until next summer!

The condo was beautiful, weather was great. Would be interested in staying next summer at the condo.
