This place was exactly as described. It was on a great street and confident to everything we need. Tim was always very attentive to every question I had. Can’t wait to stay again!

Stayed in the off-season for a relative's wedding. First time in Ocean City, and the hosts communicated clearly about what we needed to bring. We enjoyed the place very much and slept soundly through some stormy weather. Thank you!

It was a very nice stay. The 2nd floor house looked newly renovated with nice color combinations and was very clean. It was close to the boardwalk and we loved the deck.

Overall the property was as advertised. Surface cleaning was done; however, there were a few things that were not clean. Garbage disposal had a foul smell, pillow case covers were very soiled. Only 2 out of 7 windows in the livingroom area opened. The weather was cool so AC was not needed and we couldn't get any air due to the windows not functioning. Thankfully, the master bedroom windows opened. Master bath shower curtain had mold on it. I will say that the mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The other beds not so much. The location of the house was perfect for the beach and boardwalk. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a great vacation.

This home is in a great location, is in excellent condition and even had comfortable beds! I would stay there again in a hot minute.

Tim's house was very accommodating for my husband and two children. It was a great location (block and a half to the beach, boardwalk, shopping, food)! Tim was a great host, and was in communication with us during the check in and check out process. In addition, the dryer was not working at first, and Tim was quick to call a handyman to resolve the issue. We loved our stay in OCNJ!
