Could not have asked for a better spot! The house we well stocked, clean and welcoming. It really had everything we needed and a wonderful location. We could easily walk to a nice beach, or pop onto the boardwalk! It was quiet and away from all the traffic by the boardwalk area yet super accessible to everything we wanted to do! Had a wonderful week, the owners were responsive and kind. Perfect place to spend a week down the shore!

We had a great stay in Ocean City. Tim and Diane’s home is immaculate and updated and has everything you need. The front porch offers cool breezes and extra living space. The house is close the the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Tim and Diane quickly responded to my questions. We would 100% rent from them again.

Owners Tom and Diane couldn't have been nicer throughout the whole rental process. When we walked in we were immediately pleased with how roomy and clean the property was. The first night we had some rain so we enjoyed dinner on the large deck. The rest of the week was sunny and each day was a short walk to the beach. Close enough to strut back for lunch or bathroom break, then right back to the sand and sun. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. I appreciated the garage parking....no dropping off the family then circling the blocks for 15 minutes looking for a spot. Plenty of room in the garage for our 4 bikes and all the beach gear. Plus there is an extra shower room in the garage. Speaking of showers there was plenty of hot water for our family of 4. There was nothing we had to compensate for in our week at this wonderful property. Except for the initial semi-argument my sons had about who got what room it was smooth sailing as soon as we put our bags down!

Great week in OCNJ. The house was easy to get to beach, boardwalk and places to eat. Nice deck and quiet street. We rented bikes so having the extra garage space was nice for keeping them secure. Perfect size for our 5 person family. House had items such as paper towels, extra bedding/blankets, kitchen gear already there. Which was helpful as normally running out picking up extras that we forgot. Everything was well thought out. Good communication with owner/Tom. We had no issues during our stay. Try the sand house for breakfast and of course browns donuts.

We have been using Tom and Diane's great condo for the past 5 years for our family vacation at Ocean City. The condo is always spotlessly clean, light and airy, and the street off the balcony quiet for relaxing conversations, reading and meals. We like the sea shore decor of the condo and all the amenities that go with the site that accommodate family needs. It is only a short walking distance to the beach for our grand-daughter and to Brown's for breakfast doughnuts. Tom and Diane are most gracious, helpful and available if questions come up. One year when a hurricane's path coincided with our visit, Tom called us and asked if we wanted to change the reserved dates for better beach conditions. We plan to come back as long as we can to their wonderful hospitality!

We had a mom’s weekend at this home. Location was great and the home is just beautiful! It is very clean and decorated beautifully! Also has all the bells and whistles you could want! Tom was exceptional to deal with and look forward to dealing with him again!

This was our second stay at this location. It was just as outstanding as our first stay in 2015! It is two blocks from the beach & boardwalk. It is located in a residential area so it is fairly quiet. The condo its self is the best! The kitchen has all the amenities - if you choose to cook (lol). The bedrooms are great and the two full baths are perfect! A washer and dryer is a great bonus! This year our adult children (2) joined us for part of the stay and they absolutely loved it! Easily located to get to Atlantic City quickly or a hop on the Garden State Parkway south to head to Stone Harbor/Wildwood/Cape May area. Owners flexible and great to work with! Looking forward to next year!!!

This beach house is super clean and close to beach, boards and restaurants. It was spacious enough that my family of 5 with a baby! were not on top of each other and the owners Tom and Diane are great! Very family friendly . Loved having 2 showers plus 1 in the garage if needed. I loved sitting on the patio; it is very big and peaceful! Nice location a little away from the noise of the beach/boards but close enough to do everything. The house had everything we needed and was decorated beautifully.

This is the third year that we have stayed at this wonderful condo. We love the location, it is just a few steps from the beach, and in the north end of Ocean City, which is our favorite part. The condo is very well equipped, and comfortable, and most importantly, spotless! The only reason we won't return next year is we are going on a trip to Vietnam. I highly highly recommend this condo, and the owner's Diane and Tom. We will be back one day!!!

We had a wonderful stay during Memorial Day weekend. Very clean & beautifully decorated. It's obvious owners take great pride in their home. Loved relaxing on the large front porch. Also a short work for Brown's donuts, which is a must! Home owner was very nice and quickly answered any basic questions we had! I would definitely rent again!
