The facility is in a fantastic location, very close walk to the beach and boardwalk. Good number of bedrooms for a family of 7, with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable family space. Some difficulty with the washer and dryer, with Mr.Shen attentive to the situation. Would def stay there again.

We had a fabulous stay at this property. Communication from the owner was excellent. The location is perfect for small children. The condo was very clean, everything worked, all safety measures were in place, and there were added extras for entertainment and finding your way around town. I would highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, well appointed home. It was clean, nicely decorated, & furniture arranged to make it look & feel spacious. The kitchen had enough pots, pans, & essentials that cooking was easy. All 3 bathrooms were modern & large (which was great w/several teenage girls). The beds were comfortable & having a washer and dryer was convenient. The location could not be beat, close to everything. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and Mr Shen was a great host. Things worth mentioning .. parking was a challenge as we had 2 SUVs that needed to be backed into tight spaces.. however, it’s nice to even have dedicated parking at all. Garage space was greatly appreciated to keep beach gear ground level. Garage door opener was broke and I accidentally pinched my fingers trying to close it manually. The bathroom doors wouldn’t lock. A grill was listed as an amenity, but it was a charcoal grill that had to be used in the driveway, and we weren’t prepared with any charcoal or lighter fluid. There were several pepper shakers but no salt lol so we bought one and left it for the next guest! The upstairs tenants seemed to be doing Olympic events every night starting at 9pm .. luckily my kids are good sleepers and I have a white noise app so it was fine! Overall it’s a nice space for a good sized family… in an unbeatable location. My parents, my husband and I, and our young children had a blast. I’d absolutely consider staying there again.

My family has rented houses in Ocean City for the last few years and this was by far the best location. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and a nice deck. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Only thing was cleaners were there 40 min after check-in.

Great location. Nice typical OCNJ 4 BR. The garages were a nice feature.

Location was better than expected. Parking is a challenge as it is a shared driveway, and limited space on street. But we enjoyed the short walk to the boardwalk and beach.
