We had such a wonderful stay at unit 20. The condo was nicely decorated, comfortable , and spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable. The owners were very kind and made sure we were happy. We loved the beautiful and large pool and the location at the quiet end of the boardwalk was perfect. Everyone who stayed at Ocean 17 was so friendly! We met many new friends. We will definitely return!

I stayed with my wife and two young daughters and this was a perfect condo for us. The location is amazing...you don't have to drive anywhere once you park, but having the private parking spot is a huge bonus as well. It's a short walk to the beach, and you're already right there on the boardwalk. The best amenity had to be the pool though. My girls absolutely loved it every day, and it was heated so we were totally fine in early June when we visited even though the days didn't really get much hotter than the 70's. David and his wife were very nice and accommodating as well, and the entire process was just very easy...which is exactly how it should be. I highly recommend renting from them!

The apartment was spacious, everything I needed was there and the view was beautiful. Beach, boardwalk and pool steps away. The owners were also very nice.

Our stay at Ocean 17 was excellent! The room was beautifully furnished and stocked with the necessities (pots, plates, cups, etc). The best part was the view from our room!! We were on the 2nd floor - but even on the first floor we had a great view!! We met a lot of wonderful people - mostly owners and everyone was so kind and accommodating. We had a great week and the heated pool just made it so much better! I would definitely recommend staying at Ocean 17!! Oh, I forgot - they also have washer/dryer in the rooms - What a PLUS!! Thanks Sandy & David for welcoming us into your condo - we had the best time and will be back!!

Our end of the season vacation could not have been better. This lovely condo is right on the boardwalk. We were able to walk to boardwalk eateries, shopping and candy shops! As an added bonus there were airshows over the beach right in front of the condo on Saturday & Sunday during our late September stay. Fabulous! The condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable, but perhaps the best feature are the beds! Love, love, love the beds! This is a great getaway & we hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! This condo is so convenient. The condo is directly on the boardwalk with the parking under the building (no need to carry chairs to the beach). What’s good about the location is its in a quiet area but only a few blocks to where the activity starts. The entrance to the beach is directly in front of the building. When you had enough of the beach, you can cool down in a amazing clean pool. The features of the condo are exactly the way it is described. The condo is bright and has a washer and dryer (no need to carry laundry to another location). Let me mention that all of the transactions with the owner went smoothly from A-Z. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again since I know that dealing with the owner was a pleasure. OCNJ family oriented, safe, great beach, great boardwalk ,great seafood and great Condo!!

Our vacation in Ocean City was fabulous. We had our 3 teenagers with us and the space was perfect for our needs. It was heavenly to get up and ride bikes on the boards, be steps to the beach, and come back to be poolside until the sun went down. No more house hunting for us! Will book this every time we go to Ocean City. Hands down, the best kept secret on the island. Kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and up to date and the people at the pool were so friendly. Does it get any better than this? I doubt it. Surfs up!
