The best place to stay for the five of us women who are rather "picky" about our lodgings. It was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and equipped with everything we needed. We will return!

John and Cheryl’s property is great! There were four of us in our group and the VRBO was extremely well stocked and clean. The location was awesome, walking distance to beach though we opted to drive and park. The mattresses could stand to be a little better, but if you’re going with kids or people with good backs, it’s fine. Really enjoyed our stay!

We've been coming to OCNJ for about 15 years and this is the very best rental we've ever had. Owners were wonderful with their communications and the home was beautiful. Lovely attention to details and amenities. Pleasantly surprised to find books, toys and games, nice sized bedrooms and a kitchen with everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay here at 1st and Ocean. A great location and the home was extremely clean and was supplied with all we needed for our stay! Our kids loved the bunk beds and trundle bed. Front and back decks a plus. Good communication from the owners of the property. We would stay here again.
