The property was well maintained and had everything we needed. With a 2 year old and a 5 year old, it was good to be able to walk to the beach (1 and 1/2 blocks) and to the 34th St. playground. Lots of ice cream available tin the neighborhood.

Such a beautiful house in the best location. Everything we needed to hang out and relax either there or a just short walk to the beach. The kitchen and living area was great for cooking dinners, games and late night movies. All the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable - and the "kids'" rooms super cute! We loved that we could walk to stores, the playground, restaurants and maybe even the best ice-cream place EVER. Thanks we had a blast!

This place is the quintessential beach house. Bright, cheery and very comfy. It was the perfect place to relax at for the week. And it’s very close to the beach!

The rental was very clean and close to a lot of fun things to do and places to eat. Communication with Sharon was easy and she made sure we had what we needed.

We loved everything about our stay. Great location, beautiful condo. We stayed a week with our 2 and 4 year olds. We hope to return!

The place was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located. Sharon, the host, pays attention to all of the little details, and the place is well stocked with anything you would need.

This house is perfectly situated to take advantage of everything OCNJ has to offer. We went with our two young kids and found we could walk or bike to just about anything. Donuts, pizza, ice cream, playgrounds and the beach all walkable. We plan on making a return visit!!

We have stayed at a place in the "teens" for years; however, as the kids have gotten older we outgrew that place. We came upon this listing and it did not disappoint! We wanted not only a bigger place but to be a bit more away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The beach is an easy walk and very big, there are pastry, dinner, and dessert options all within walking distance. The house itself it very well taken care of, very clean, and with lots of room to spread out but still be together. And the master has a king size bed! The owners are super easy to communicate with and make getting in and out a breeze. We are looking forward to coming back every summer for years to come!

My husband and I along with our two young children had a wonderful stay over the Labor Day weekend. Everything was as pictured, if not better! We would love to come back!
