Property and location are great.

This is our second time staying at Michael's property in the last two years--very comfortable place to stay and Michael was a great host, once again. Centrally located, and a nice place. Definitely recommended.

All that you need for a relaxing beach vacation is in walking distance of the unit. Our family enjoyed walks to the beach, local delis, retail shops, mini golf, and bay views. The unit was flooded with sunshine and the porch was perfect for morning coffee and card games. Thanks again!

This property is in a great location near the Asbury Ave business district but far enough away that it is fairly quiet. Easy walk to the boardwalk and beach also (3-4 blocks). The home has been recently updated and still feels new throughout. The indoor stairway to this 2nd floor unit was a nice feature (no dank stairwell to navigate). Although it was too chilly to use the beach in April, the supply of beach items in the garage would have come in handy during warmer weather, as we always seem to forget to bring something. All in all a lovely stay!

I can't say enough, about how absolutely amazing our stay at this property was. The house was beautiful, and spotlessly clean. We seriously overpacked, because we underestimated how fully stocked the house would be. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was close enough to walk to so many things, including First Night activities, the Boardwalk, and the beach. Mike, the property owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. Kind, helpful and always quick to respond to any and all of my messages. I would definitely book this property again, in the future, as well as recommend it to others. If you are scrolling thru the ratings, looking for a great rental in Ocean City, look no further.

We loved our stay. The property was spacious and beautiful. The area was great we didn't have to travel far to get anything.
