Perfect location all around (between center of town and the beach/boards). Was just what we needed for our family of 4 vaca.

The house was in wonderful condition and the location was great! Kim was very easy to work with too! Hoping we will be able to go next year!

Kim's beach house was great! It was clean, bright, and updated. The location is great...within minutes of restaurants and a short walk to the beach/Boardwalk...even with small kids, the distance was very manageable. Kim is very easy to work with...minor issue with the dishwasher and Kim had a repair man out within minutes on a Sunday morning! Highly recommend!

We are so happy we stumbled upon Kim's place so late into the season. Her condo was very cozy and updated. An easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, but having a Wawa across the street along with a 24hr. Rite Aid made it even more valuable then bring right on the beach. My husband would grab coffee every morning along with his newspapers. McDonald's was a block away for the kids and Bennies Bread next block up towards the beach for outstanding brick oven pizza, meatball sandwiches and other homemade specialties. It was nice having a parking spot along with a hose to rinse off our sand before we came inside. Kim, thank you for being attentive and as soon as we can gather dates for next year, we'd love to return.

We loved the condo. My wife and three young kids stayed there for a week. It was relatively small but perfectly sized for a vacation stay. It was clean and everything in it appeared to have been recently renovated. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Also, the owner was very great to deal with. We had no complaints.

The house was perfect for our family. We walked every where, enjoyed ice cream, pizza, fudge and family time. The house smelled great and was clean. We felt welcomed as soon as we entered the front door! Highly recommend to anyone!

This was a perfect place for me and my four children. ages 4, 5, 12 and 14. It was clean and within perfect walking distance of the beach as well as other places such as wawa and rite aid. My children fell in love as soon as they walked in. Clean, beautiful and comfortable, we all felt right at home. There were days when the kids just wanted to 'chillax' in the condo in the evening instead of the boardwalk because they really loved the place. We had absolutely no complaints. Kim was very kind and available if needed. I not only would recommend the place but this will be at the top of my list for next year as well. Thank you Kim for opening your place to us, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot!

We hadn't been to the Jersey Shore (Ocean City, specifically) in over 10 years. It never ever disappoints! Kim's place is wonderful. It's very clean and Kim is just as attentive as all the reviews I read stated. That meant a lot to me, but what meant even more was the location. You are not right on the beach, you are back a few blocks away from the busy boardwalk, and to my delight that meant we were even more central to things. You are walking distance to the Wawa, SuperFresh Groceries, Dunkin Donuts, and many local restaurants. Mexican, Italian, you name it! Even though Kim has a full kitchen and coffee pot, we frequented an amazing little restaurant a 1/2 block away called Sunrise where we got coffee daily and breakfast often. You are only 4 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. The kids did not complain! And 1 block away from the best little shopping area--Asbury Street. We hardly took our car out to go anywhere. Our 7 year old and 13 year old had a great week and quickly claimed their spots in the condo. Our 21 year old stopped in for a few days with us, too, and we all fit nicely. I can't say enough about the week my husband and I had. We plan to return again! Thank you to Kim!

My family rented this unit for a short trip to Ocean City, NJ and everything was just as advertised. The first thing I noticed when we entered was how clean the unit was. I've rented beach houses in the past that were not well kept and clean. That was not the case here. The unit was absolutely spotless from top to bottom. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach/boardwalk. In addition there was a Wawa directly across the street which was very convenient for a family with 2 small children such as ours. The price was right too. I doubt that you could find a nicer rental in the same price range.

This was our first time renting a house anywhere and we were a bit nervous at first. Kim made us feel VERY comfortable and made everything easy for us. THis house was PERFECT for myself, my husband and our 5 year old. Very close to the beach, clean and updated. A very nice house. We were extremely pleased with everything. We will definitely stay again!
