This is our second time staying in the building. We found this condo to be in better shape compared to the other one. We liked the first floor unit. Kate is extremely responsive. The house was clean. Convenient location to everything (which is what counts for us with kids) and the fact that we could bring our pup was a blessing!! We will definitely stay again. My only criticism would be new shower heads (they were very weak which made the shower process long) and the sectional has seen better days. Otherwise, a GREAT stay!!

This location was great - steps from beach and boardwalk. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Loved the front porch seating area . Convenient parking. The best beach vacation we’ve had in a long time!

Front porch was very nice to be on, we were there a lot. Other than some trouble with internet now and then, no complaints. The beds were especially comfortable! Very nice host in Kate, very helpful..

We would definitely stay here again! The home was VERY clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and close to the boardwalk and beach. 1 block away! Parking was easy. Rental comes with 2 parking passes for a lot directly across the street. Easy in and out. TVs in every room. Our son loved the bunk beds! Plenty of amenities. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had and check in and departure were easy. It is located on the first floor (just a few steps up to the front door) so hauling all your beach supplies in and out was super easy. Also has a front porch with furniture to sit and watch the world go by. Big kitchen to store food and plan meals. Could comfortably sleep 8 no problem. If you are looking for a great place at the shore, look no further. Thanks again for a great week.
