The property was exactly as expected and as pictured, clean, updated and very comfortable. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 3 to relax in the morning or after the beach. The updated kitchen was perfect for meal prep. The location is key for shopping and dining on Asbury, so many gems in the neighborhood. Sunrise for breakfast, Yianni's for amazing Mediterranean food, Chatterbox for salads, and of course Bennies for Italian. The only challenge was parking as there is no designated spot for the rental, you have to drive a round Wesley or Ocean to find a spot in front of a home without a meter, hard to do on a busy Saturday with most people are checking in and out. Once you find a space you don't want to use your car for fear of loosing your spot, luckily the area has what you need so you don't need your car.

Had a great, easy stay at this property. Perfect for a small family (2 adults, 2 young children) and another adult family member. Place actually feels larger than the photos, as it has high ceilings. Kids toys/books in the large dining/play room were a nice surprise. Easy communication with the owner. Parking wasn't an issue for us (mid-June stay) as we always found a spot within 2-3 blocks on 11th st. Note this is a second story apt for those that stairs might be an issue for. Location is great, right in the heart of shopping/food and a short walk to the beach. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Pictures were accurate and plenty of space for us and our active toddler. Deb was communicative and helpful as well.

This was my first time using Vrbo and first time staying at this property. The place was very clean, spacious, and close to the boardwalk/beach. It was a perfect week in Ocean City. Thank you for being awesome hosts. We can’t wait to come back to OC. :)

This property seemed built for our little family! Having a separate space for my kids to play off the kitchen (I guess it’s the dining room) but it was the perfect playroom. The kids (4 and 7) walking in and dropped their toy backpacks right in there to claim the space. We walked multiple times a day to the beach and boardwalk and it was a nice walk. The owners provided a beach cart that was a life changer for us! We had a wagon that was not ready for the sand so being able to use the cart was perfect. We will definitely be looking to book this property again in the future. Thanks Deb!

This apartment is so close to everything but far enough away that parking and noise aren’t an issue. The space is much bigger than I expected and was perfect for my family of four. Easy check-in and checkout process. Highly recommend!

Very nice and much needed vacation. Everything was better than expected. The lack of parking was a slight drawback but we left the car parked on a side street a block away and walked everywhere.
