This property and the owners were wonderful, as other reviewers have stated. The check-in and out process was a breeze and Scott responded instantly when I had random questions during packing (for example: is the water filtered? No - so we packed our Brita pitcher instead of stocking up on bottled water). I saw other reviewers were disappointed that parking is across the street, but this wasn’t an issue for us, at all. There is a spot in front of the building for loading/unloading. We were able to pull up and quickly move our stuff to the front porch, grab the key and parking pass, park (within eye-site of our luggage), and then move everything from the porch to the appropriate rooms. The only minor inconveniences I had during our stay at the property: 1) the kitchen has just about everything...except wine glasses. There were two in the cabinet, so the additional adults used coffee mugs. 2) The washer and dryer are tiny (they fit about 2-3 towels and some beach clothes, per load). The washer and dryer also can not be run at the same time. Because of this, I spent almost every minute we were indoors trying to keep up with the laundry. 3) The contract advertises that if anything happens to the mattresses, the renter is responsible for replacing them. Because of this, I ran out and bought water-proof mattress covers to take along for all of the beds (better safe than sorry!). However, when we got there we saw that all of the mattresses are already covered in plastic, and have a mattress pad on top (which already showed some marks from previous renters). No big deal - I just wish I had known, prior to purchasing my extra precautions. 4) This is a first floor condo, so just keep in mind that the renters above will make a big difference in your quality of stay. At one point it sounded like someone was bouncing a basketball on the floor above us, well past a reasonable hour...in addition to the heavy foot traffic we could hear. This is the same concern for the back bedroom...it was great to separate individuals from the noise of our own condo, but we could hear everyone who used the back stairwell, with unfortunate clarity, at all hours of the night. I’d recommend a white noise machine or something similar, if you have light sleepers. Otherwise, our stay was perfect and we especially appreciate that we were able to bring our furry family member along. I definitely recommend this property for everyone, dog-lovers or not!

Clean well maintained property. Large kitchen. This location is ideal for those who like the Ocean City Boardwalk. One short block from a very busy boardwalk with amusements, Rides, games, gift shops and lots of places to eat. All as soon as you enter the boardwalk from either 11th st or 12th st. The owner is very friendly and quick to communicate. Could not have asked for a better and more enjoyable stay. The owner provided two parking passes to a lot across the street. I will definitely keep this property in mind for a future visit to Ocean City NJ.

My family and I stayed over the Memorial Day week and loved it. Scott and his wife take great pride in their condo and it shows. It's extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked, washer/dryer in the unit, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The bedroom in the back of the condo was perfect for my parents too. They had their own privacy away from the rest of us. You can't beat the location. Short 1 block walk to the boardwalk or you can sit on the front porch and people watch! In fact, watching all the people walking by provided plenty of entertainment by itself! We've been going to Ocean City for many years staying at multiple places, but I'm happy to say that we have finally found the one.

Great location. A tidy and comfortable condo unit 1 block from the beach and boardwalk. The owner was responsive and the ability to bring our furry family member was a huge plus. Nice getaway.

From start to end we enjoyed every moment. Pug friendly, clean and Scott was more than accommodating with our last minute LITERALLY reservation. The house has everything you didn’t even know you needed. Will definitely be back thank you!

The condo was super clean, kitchen was well stocked, everything worked, very nicely decorated. Perfect location!

Amazing location for children! Scott is super nice, very accessible and all info you could think you need are already in the house.

Great location. The unit is clean and well stocked with quality equipment and furnishings. Loved sitting on the front porch with the cool ocean breeze. The 3 BR unit is great for a family with the bunk beds. Our preference is no bunk beds but we managed for the weekend. Had issues at check in with the TVs and cooling system and owner assisted as he could. Owner responded to our phone call within minutes. A few things we wish we knew before renting - the parking is not on site it is diagonally across the street in a public parking lot and the cooling/heat are restricted by owner. Found the living room hotter than the rest of the house. The hot water is also something to make sure you follow instructions as outlined in check in instructions or you will get cold water. Wish the unit had a better shower head in the bathroom with the tub. Had great communication with the owner through the rental process and the unit will be on our saved list for future rental.

Great location. Beautifully decorated. Really, really clean
