We had a fantastic week in Ocean City and the house was perfect. It was clean and updated with plenty of room for our party of 8. We were close to the beach and had multiple porches to sit out and enjoy the sea breeze. We would definitely stay again, thank you Bill and Kate for a memorable vacation!

Perfect place for our family to meet! The house was clean and spacious enough for all 11 of us. We loved the proximity to beach and boardwalk and all the activities they provided. I would definitely rent it again!

We were able to rent the property last minute. Boy am I glad this listing popped up because the house was perfect for my family of six. Plenty of room! The pictures do not do this place justice. Check in process was so easy. It was sparkling clean when we checked in. I initially thought the house was going to be small but I was proven wrong. It is so spacious. It’s in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We ended renting bikes for the week which was nice to ride the boardwalk in the mornings and ride around in the evenings. Bill was on the spot with answers to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be renting from Bill again.

We were very pleased with the accommodations, spacious & clean, nice decor, close proximity to the beach & boardwalk, the balconies were very comfortable to enjoy, plenty of beach chairs & accessories. We had everything that we needed in the rental.

Bill was excellent, the place was exactly as described and was in a great quiet area of town. Will definitely stay again!

I hosted my 55th birthday with 9 of my closest family and friends. It was important to me to be in a comfortable, cozy, clean environment and this house offered all that. All of the ladies enjoyed The openness of the floor plan. It was spacious enough and we were able to prepare meals, eat, and gather in this home away from home. It was a great atmosphere, the ample amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was definitely a plus. All of the ladies enjoyed and commented on how lovely the house was. Bill was readily available via phone to answer any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay again.

This was a lovely property that provided our family with a comfortable place to "nest" for a few days while we were in town for a funeral. Correspondence was prompt and the unit was beautifully kept.

Would stay here again! Layout of home is very nice. Having 3 full bathrooms is a plus. WONDERFUL LOCATION!!!
