This home is well equipped and perfectly located. It's only a couple minute walk to the boardwalk and ocean. The owner, Michael, is easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions. We look forward to returning again next year.

We enjoyed our weekend at this clean, bright, neat, well-equipped condo on second block from the beach. Convenient to the boardwalk, to church, to restaurants and center of town. Owner was easily available by text or email and responsive to our needs.

Nice deck areas to sit and relax on the front and rear of the condo. TV's in each of the bedrooms as well as in the living room. Plenty of off-street parking for 3-4 cars. It was comfortable for 6 adults as long as you don't mind the third bedroom with twin beds. Beds were comfortable enough, but not like home - the only reason for the #4 rating instead of #5. Overall, very nice place, but beware of possible noise from a new condo being built next door (no noise for us on the weekend).

This house was beautiful and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was in excellent condition and anything you needed in the kitchen was there. We traveled with our 2 small children and this house was perfect for them. It wasn't cluttered with a lot of decorations and we didn't have to worry about the kids getting hurt on anything (easy to child proof). We loved taking advantage of the beautiful deck at night and took advantage of the short walk to the local ice cream stand. The board walk was super close and the shops were only few blocks up the board walk. We only have 2 issues: 1) the floor seemed a bit dirty when we arrived. We honestly wouldn't have been able to notice if it wasn't for our 1 year old crawling around and getting dirty. We know it's a beach house and it's near impossible to get every piece of sand off the floor :-) 2) The house advertises for 6-8 people, but we only got one key for each door. That did make it difficult when we wanted to do something different than my in-laws who traveled with us. These 2 issues are minor and will not prevent us from booking with this owner in the future. Michael was incredibly helpful, quick to respond to questions, and provided us with a beautiful home. We look forward to booking with him on the future.

We rent this home every year for our end of summer trip to Ocean City and we love it! It's spacious and clean, the neighborhood is quiet yet just steps away to the beach and Boardwalk, and everything you need to make your stay easy is included!

We've been renting this condo for family vacations (4 adults and 2 small children) for a few years now and we are never disappointed! It has everything we need for a great week at the shore. The location is great - close to boardwalk and a guarded and not overly crowded beach, restaurants and kiddie rides. There is parking for 3 cars and lots of storage area in garage for beach gear. The street is quiet and the neighbors are great! I like that its first floor, a consideration when you are carrying tired toddlers up the stairs. Three comfortable, nicely decorated bedrooms, each with cable tv, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer combination and fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge. We don't cook much when we are here, but its obvious we could - the kitchen contains everything needed. Comfortable and attractive living room with big screen tv, great outside deck looking onto street, and two smaller decks off bedrooms. There is an outside shower for rinsing off sand, and the owner includes 6 beach tags! The owner, Mike, is easy to work with and he responds promptly to emails or phone calls. We've already reserved for next year. Its a great place for a family vacation and I highly recommend it.

The double bed is awful. The recliner in the living room is on its last legs and the couches weren't comfortable to sit on.

This house was spacious and bright; the neighborhood quiet and relaxed. The close proximity to the boardwalk and local amenities were a plus. The owner, Michael, was easy to work with. We were quite happy with our short vacation; we look forward to returning.

This was our first time that we rented a vrbo. We were not sure what to expect, but the place was amazing. Mike bent over backwards to see that all of our requests were taken care of. It was a perfect location close enough to everything, but still far enough from the rush. Mike was easy to get a hold of and returned our calls very quickly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We are looking forward to our return trip next year.
