Absolutely have no complaints after completing my stay. From the online reservation to check in to check out we had no issues at all. Property manager was very informative and at the ready anytime I had a question throughout the entire process. The place was clean and had no bad smells. Actually, in my opinion, it was better then the pics posted online in the listing. Very open kitchen and bar, large table, living room layout that accommodated 3 separate families (each with kids) and a set of grandparents with ease. Lots of restaurants and take out places all close by. And about 3-4 blocks off heart of the boardwalk. Not sure what else to say other then it was a great stay for our family. Thanks!

Clean unit with lots of space. Close to beach and in a lively location.

A four bedroom, two bathroom, two parking space rental with access to west avenue's free parking is a great getaway location for family and for friends. Lots of bunk beds give more sleeping in each room for larger groups or groups with kids. Decent range of kitchen appliances and supplies to make cooking in the unit easy and low stress. One of the few rentals that provide linens to make the trip that much easier. Great place.

With two exceptions we LOVED our stay here. The condo is beautiful. Spacious. In a great location (coffee shops, Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, Convenience store, ice cream, fresh doughnuts, cookies, shopping) all within two blocks. It was a 4-block walk to the boardwalk/beach. The property manager responded promptly! We would definitely stay here agina IF: 1) The bedding was updated. 5/7 of us had lumpy or misshapen mattresses. It didn't make for a good night's sleep. 2) There were no room-darkening shades, so the morning sun came in right around 5:30. This is a great place overall.

Everything was clean and very comfortable in the home . Love the layout and easy access to the Asbury street shops and restaurant ! Would def stay again

Our two families had plenty of room to be socially distant with all the space. Great location near beach and boardwalk (5-7 minute walk) The owner was very communicative and accommodating. Ocean City is a lovely family town.

We enjoyed our time, and the house was clean and comfortable. It was only a 7 minute walk from the beach, so pretty easy! We had everything we needed in the kitchen for food prep and with little kids it was so helpful to have a washer and dryer. The apartment is on the third floor, FYI, in case you can't do stairs well, but we really enjoyed the sunset view from the deck. Pillows and all blankets had been removed for covid so be aware to bring your own. Chris responded very quickly to any issues we had. We loved breakfast at the sunrise cafe across the street. We would come again!

This property was lovely. It was in a nice location, just a few blocks from beach and boardwalk. Easy check-in and out. loved the outside front deck. The house was roomy and well-equipped. The listing was accurate and we had no problems with the rental at all. We were only renting for a few days but would definitely consider booking for a week or more in the future.

Chris was very responsive to all our questions. He even called and texted to make sure we were able to access the property. The garage was convenient to store all the boogie boards, chairs, and bikes. The location is perfect as we were able to walk to the boardwalk every night. The big dining room and kitchen island allowed us all to eat together which is a plus with a group of 12. We will definitely hope to stay again.
