The house is so beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything is so tastefully done. The whole house was very clean! All the furniture was very comfortable. And the beds were very very comfy cozy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The fireplace was wonderful since a few nights were cold. Plenty of room to move around. It’s so close to the boardwalk & beach which we loved. We were able to walk everywhere. Me and my family had a fantastic time . We will definitely be returning. And the owner was a delight to deal with. If you want to stay in an absolute gorgeous home , this place is it!

Great first floor condo - bright, clean, comfortably equipped. You can bring yourself (and dogs and family) and some food and you are set for a nice beach break. The property is perfectly situated - easy walk to the beach but not too involved in boardwalk crowds - easy walk or bike ride to the Asbury Ave shopping district. Communications with the owner were easy via text - all good things and we'd rent again without question.

We had an amazing time at Sunblest! The home was beautiful and the hosts had everything you could want down to the smallest of details. It was our grandson's first overnight trip and was made all the more special with this incredible home <3

We are thrilled we found this GEM of a place. Oh my goodness. It’s just beautiful and cozy and has everything you need and more! The fireplace was a huge bonus during our off season stay! Julie is AMAZING. She communicated everything in a timely manner and even checked in on us when we arrived. The location couldn’t be better. We loved walking to the shops and restaurants on Asbury. We also loved being one block from the boardwalk and beach. Seriously, it was one of our favorite places. Do not hesitate to book this GEM of a place in OCNJ. Thank you Julie!!!

Clean and a great host, right near downtown and the boardwalk

We loved our weekend at Julie’s home. She made sure that checkout with VRBO seamless and was very kind to check in and make sure we arrived okay and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The home had all the necessities we could need and was very clean and cozy even on a cool February weekend. Self checkin was a breeze. We loved the proximity to the beach and we were at the perfect location near the arcade, haunted golf and some of the candy shops that were still open in the off season. The home was also really close to some of our favorite restaurants too. All in all we had a great weekend and hope to book a stay again!

Fantastic property, great house. Very clean. The location is great and the house was well appointed. The fireplace was a hit with the chilly weather at night.
