Beautiful place to stay in Tarpon Springs
We really enjoyed the place. Very clean, everything was provided. Even authentic radio and cassette player with great speakers was working. Walking distance from Tarpon village center. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

Cozy apartment in historical neighbourhood of Tarpon Springs
(1)The location we consider to be perfect: within a short walking distance of Spring Bayou, in the most charming old Florida neighbourhood. All local attraction and amenities within a short driving distance: museums, fine restaurants, shopping and beaches.
(2) The apartment was exceptionally well provisioned with supplies, perfectly clean and cozy.
(3) John and Linda are uncommonly kind and friendly hosts.
All in all, that rental accomodation is a winner in our books, highly recommended.

Quiet retreat

Home away from home!
Our two week stay was amazing in this gem! Everything you'll need is provided... fully equipped kitchen (down to spices for cooking), huge balcony, plenty of linens are on hand, beach chairs, coolers and bikes are available for use, even a selection of books for the beach... in the comfortable and cozy apartment! It truly is like walking into your home! The owners are kind, welcoming and not at all intrusive! John and Linda truly want to make sure you enjoy your vacation! Two beautiful beaches are minutes away with many others a short drive away, the Sponge Docks are within walking distance and Craig Park situated on the Spring Bayou is practically in the backyard! If John suggests a place to dine... take his advice!! You won't be disappointed!! Next time I'm in the Tarpon Springs area, I will be booking this place again and again!!

We stayed on 2nd floor of a historic home at 208 West Lemon St. It had a living room, kitchen with dining, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a huge deck. There were very steep stairs to access this apt. Bed was comfortable, shower was wonderful,lots of pressure. Everything we needed was provided and hosts were most accommodating. Convenient to everything. Very enjoyable stay!

Nice place to stay with very personable hosts
This nice and clean, roomy upstairs apartment is in a nice neighborhood. Close to downtown with restaurants within walking distance and a park on the water less than two blocks away. The hosts are friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
All in all a reasonably priced good place to stay.

Charming apartment, felt like home!
My husband and I were planning a visit to see friends in Tarpon Springs and found this little gem on trip advisor. We are so grateful to have had the pleasure to stay at Jim and Linda's apartment that provides everything needed and then some. When we first walked in, my husband and I walked room to room (as well as out to the HUGE balcony) and kept repeating, "oh my gosh" because it's just darling and perfect. I cannot say enough positive things about it, absolutely nothing negative. Super, super clean, comfortable and incredibly peaceful. Because of this experience, we are sure to look into apartments rather than hotels on future trips for we truly felt "at home" and feel blessed to have had the opportunity to stay here.

Great location
Great weekend getaway. My husband and five year old son were very comfortable in the apartment. John and Linda made us feel welcome and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The house is located on a quiet street and close enough to everything that tarpon springs had to offer. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to my in- laws who love visiting the area.

Lovely home
My friend and I stayed 2 nights in the apartment above the owners house. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and charming. It was a great location, close to everything.
The owners were very nice and hospitable.

The perfect cozy getaway in the heart of it all.
We traveled to Tarpon Springs for the first time, and were excited to find John and Linda's listing on Trip Advisor. The pictures looked cute, but really did not do the apartment justice. It had every amenity one could need while on vacation, and was spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated. John and Linda provided bikes for us to ride into the historic Greek district, which took less than 10 minutes, even riding slowly enough to check out all the beautiful historic homes along the way. The apartment is centrally located, and it's easy to reach any part of town within minutes. I highly recommend this getaway, and we'll be back!
