This condo was clean and spacious, furniture was well kept. It is close to Universal, Sea World etc but it is also in a quiet location. There is a shopping center directly outside of the gates that has everything that you would need for a vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location, ease of access and close to Publix which is part of the resort design. The only food at the resort mall we would recommend is Publix and Subway - Beth's burgers is overpriced, low quality. We did not love the neighbors up stairs who never seemed to stop dragging chairs across the floors or slamming their doors nor the neighbor downstairs who sported a smokers cough on the balcony every day nearly all day with his constant smoking from 7am until well after midnight. We were forced to spray the unit each time we returned due to the smell of cigarette smoke that seemed to find its way into the condo each day. The downstairs neighbors dog barked one day nearly all day - we love dogs but do not believe they should be left on the balcony for the entire day alone. The condo is very spacious, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well appointed with full size appliances and a full size washer and dryer which is always appreciated on vacations. The 2 BR are very large - 1 with a large shower stall and the other a tub unit. Each bedroom had a TV, large closet and night stand however there is no dresser/chest of drawers for clothing storage so we suggest taking extra hangers as we did. There is a laundry basket, iron, pool towels, 2 lounge chairs, etc. for use in the unit. The refrigerator has an ice maker in the door with water. The kitchen is spacious with all necessary amenities as well as ample dishes, cookware, etc. Plenty of parking, elevators and steps straight to the condo. This particular unit was in a separate area from the main resort which allowed us to have a nice quiet pool experience while we enjoyed the hot tub frequently alone. There was rarely more than 10 people at the pool at any one time. This is a big bonus for us, we never enjoy huge crowds. This condo overlooks the lake south of the Orange County Convention Center and across from Sea World - you can see the roller coasters run. Unfortunately they seem to be building a road across the lake just next to the resort which I am sure will increase the road noise; not a welcome addition in my perspective. We chose this location for the decreased noise and excellent location near Universal and John Young Parkway. We would recommend Azteca restaurant about 5 miles east for dinner off the tourist area. The only drawback for this condo is the neighbors - IF you are fortunate enough to get considerate neighbors then the experience should be great. Sadly many people tend to forget to show consideration for those around them - spitting from the 4th floor, continuous cig smoke, throwing cig. butts off the balcony's and partying way into the night are not enjoyable experiences for us.

I stayed here with my girlfriend and two friends for a convention in town and this was a gem last-minute find! The condo was beautiful, clean, had a great view on a balcony and had access to a pool + hot tub. The owner was very responsive and communicated promptly and clearly with any questions we had. Would recommend and would do business with them again!

This 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay in Orlando (3 adults and 2 children).Great size and clean and tidy, it had everything we needed to enjoy our 4 night stay. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with appliances and utensils (best so far in 3 weeks of staying in self service apartments). It is located close to a Publix super market and easy to access the attractions of Orlando using Uber or Taxis.Pool was wonderful on a stormy afternoon. And the washer/dryer was so great to use after not being able to access one for almost 2 weeks. Must mention the welcome book with all the information we needed to know about the apartment, very handy and well set out. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Orlando.

Just back from an amazing holiday in Florida, staying at this lovely condo at Cay Commons. The pictures on here don't do the accommodation justice, as it was much larger than it appears in the photos. Plenty of space, and all the rooms are nicely decorated. The location is right in the middle of everything you need; minutes away from all the parks (you can see Seaworld from the balcony!) and the pool is a stones throw away. On top of all this is how well the condo is "kitted out". Everything you need to self cater and more. It means that you can really makes this place your home away from home. I would highly recommend this rental as a great place to stay while enjoying the Orlando parks.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Convenient location.

The apartment is absolutely beautifully furnished but in cases was a bit "all style and no substance". Not very practical having cream carpet throughout, especially under the dining table, for smallish kids staying. Lots of lovely furnishings but no places to put clothes other than hanging in wardrobes. No airer to dry wet clothes inc swimming things. No info on where to put rubbish (in benches in hallway). Kettle for UK visitors would be much appreciated. Didn't realise that key code cards had to be collected from clubhouse 10 min walk away. That said, the beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in! Supermarket v close. And agree with other reviewers that apartment was very attractively furnished.

Spent a month in this condo and could have not asked for more. The location cannot be beat, the amenities of the resort were perfect for us with teens. Overall, the condo has the best view I have ever seen in Orlando, and is very comfortable. It definitely was a wonderful home for us for the month. We did everything, Disney, Universal, Seaworld, Aquatica, lots of shopping, everything was just minutes from the condo. Having the Publix right there was so convenient. Roberta was very helpful, friendly, and great to work with. This was the best place I have stayed in Orlando in 20 years! We did not want to leave!

This 3 bedroom unit is exactly a represented. We used this for a family get together and it was perfect. It overlooks a pond with Sea World in the distance. It is a short, direct drive to Universal, abiut 10 min. Publix Grocerier store is within walking distance. Also, next door to Publix is a great pizza restaurant. Did laundry the last night and couldn't get the dryer to work. Hope they fixed that. Free Wifi. Nice pool. Close to Internatioal drive with a lot of dining choices. Would certainly stay here again.
