The pool was not heated as it stated in the amenities, but I was hoping it would’ve been at least a little warmer than 60°, so if you’re looking to swim at that time of year you might want to look for a pool that is heated. The lemon tree in the backyard was bountiful! It was also in a very good location to things. The house keeper could learn to be more thorough. also I had asked if there were chairs for sunbathing before we came she assured me that there were two. But when we got there one was broken. My family and I enjoyed this roomy home in a friendly neighborhood. From the moment we checked in, we immediately knew this would be a relaxing stay. Rose made us feel welcomed and her communication with us was excellent. The home is very clean and the layout worked nicely with my family and our two dogs. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and culinary tools to make any meal. Also, I especially loved the use of the garage to park my car! The property is located on a "U" shaped street that is very easy to get in and out of with very little traffic, which made it peaceful and quiet. Many restaurants and grocery stores are nearby with the Chandler Mall just a couple of miles away. I would certainly recommend this home to my friends and family. Five stars all around!!!
